Dame Lillard is currently doubtful to play with Achilles Tendinitis. Game 4 of this series was marred with the ejection of Bobby Portis in the first quarter, forcing Middleton into a very different role for the remainder of the game. Middleton finished that game with 5 assists on 10 potential assists. My suspicion is that Bobby Portis will not be ejected 2 games in a row and it allows Middleton to be a facilitator. This regular season with Middleton and Portis on the floor and Damian Lillard off, Middleton leads the team with 78 total assists, 69% of which were 2-point shots. This fits perfectly with how Indiana defends the three-pointer well but struggles in the paint. I like Middleton to see high usage tonight and Portis should be the biggest benefactor in the paint. 1u
