We are approaching the final stretch of the regular season in the NBA. There are 7-9 games left depending on the team and the middle seeding of both conferences is still extremely tight. We have 9 games on the Tuesday slate to sort through and some very interesting storylines to dissect. Donovan Mitchell returns to Utah, the Knicks and Heat are locked in a forever rivalry, the Mavericks and Warriors both need this win for playoff implications and the Kings vs Clippers game could be a playoff matchup we see in the first round. IQ is BACK. And while many thought it was a result of injury, he actually lost his grandfather and needed to step away for personal issues. Since Scottie Barnes departed the lineup for Toronto, Quickley has hit this line in 5 of 7 games, averaging 34.7 PRA in the process. In games where he plays 30+ minutes for the Raptors, he hit this number in 14 of 25 of them. I like the number and the return should be emotional for him, which I hope inspires play. Any guard against the Lakers is a green light for me. Also, I’m having a sprinkle on the double-double since he’s had 7 in 25 games as a Raptor when playing 30+ minutes. The best I saw available was +525, but you can always pivot to just 10+ assists. I also like his assist line of over 6.5 at +100.
