The Pickswise NBA prop team is running hot with winners of 10 of their last 15 plays. Let’s continue that tonight.

Make sure you also read our NBA predictions for today’s matchups.

Cade Cunningham, PG, DET, Over 21.5 points (-104)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

The Detroit Pistons have a real shot of winning tonight. They will face off against the depleted Brooklyn Nets at home as 2.5-point underdogs. The more the Pistons stay in this game, the more Cade Cunningham shines. I have Cunnigham at around 33 minutes tonight, translating to enough volume to surpass 22 points. In the 43 games that Cunningham has played at least 30 minutes this season, he has gone over this line in 28 of them — including twice against the Nets. Cunningham scored 41 points against Brooklyn in December — 2 off tying his career high.

The Nets are near the point of packing up for the season. They are 3 games back of the play-in tournament, fired their head coach, shut down Ben Simmons for the season and now one of their few bright spots, Cameron Johnson, is banged up. Cam Thomas will also be sidelined for this one, and the Nets will desperately look for scoring from Dennis Schroeder and Mikal Bridges. I expect a dogfight between these 2 lackluster teams — and for Cunnigham to have a day scoring the basketball.

Pascal Siakam, PF, IND, Under 20.5 points (-115)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

We cashed in on Pascal Siakam under 21.5 points on Sunday. Let’s go right back to it. Siakam and the Indiana Pacers will take on the Minnesota Timberwolves, playing without Karl-Anthony Towns. No worries, though. The Timberwolves hold opponents to an offensive rating of 105 when Towns is off the floor. When he’s on the floor, that jumps to 111.

Fading Siakam has to do with his decline in usage and the emergence of Myles Turner. Siakam has gotten to the free-throw line 24 times in his last 10 games, while 9 came from just a single outing. Front-court mate Myles Turner’s usage since the all-star break has increased vitally, leaving Siakam under 20.5 points in 4 of 7 games since the break. Tyrese Haliburton has hopefully figured out his woes shooting the ball after shooting eight for 15 from the field last game. The matchup tonight will be brutal on both Siakam and Haliburton, so I will gladly take the under on Siakam.
