The NBA starts off the week with an 8-game slate for us on Monday. The night will feature a doubleheader on NBA TV that sees the Los Angeles Lakers visit the Orlando Magic in the opening game. That will be followed by the Phoenix Suns looking to continue their push into the play-in positions as they welcome Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. You can find out our NBA picks for today’s hottest matchups, but for now, let’s dive into my best NBA player props for the slate on Monday, March 24.
Aaron Gordon (DEN) over 1.5 made threes (+110)
In the month of March Aaron Gordon has really showcased his capabilities as a shooter. He has been averaging 3 made 3-pointers per game. He has knocked down 58.3% of his attempts in the process. At that level of efficiency, he should not require many attempts in order to knock down a couple of shots against the Chicago Bulls. The opportunities should certainly be there.
Over the last 10 games the Bulls are just 27th in the league in opponent 3-point attempts per game, allowing teams to put up 40.4 per game. Gordon should get his fair share of those attempts. With Nikola Jokic likely remaining out, the forward should see no shortage of minutes either. He managed 37 in his last outing and could be pushing similar numbers here. That would give him more than enough time to knock down a couple of attempts from deep.

DeMar DeRozan (SAC) over 1.5 made threes (+105)
Sacramento Kings star DeMar DeRozan has become a consistent threat from the 3-point line of late. While he failed to knock down a 3-pointer in his last contests against the Milwaukee Bucks, he had hit at least 2 in 4 straight games before that. It has been a growing trend for the guard. He is currently averaging 4.4 3-point attempts in the month of March, more than any other month this season.
He will be up against a Boston Celtics team who are 25th in opponent 3-point attempts per game over the last 10. I expect this to be a look that they will give up to him. Considering they have ranked in the bottom half of the league in opponent 3-point percentage too, it should give the Kings star a good chance to bounce back to the form he was showing before the Bucks game.
