The NBA looks set to light up our Monday with a fantastic 9-game slate. The Western Conference has been incredibly competitive, with 10 teams so far holding winning records. The Golden State Warriors and the Oklahoma City Thunder sit at the top of those standings and both are in action tonight as they take on the Brooklyn Nets and the Sacramento Kings respectively. You can find our NBA picks on the side and total for tonight’s big matchups, but for now, let’s get into my best NBA player prop bets for Monday, November 25.
Nikola Jokic (DEN) over 27.5 points (-120)
Odds available at Bet365 at time of publishing.
Nikola Jokic has been carrying the Denver Nuggets with 4 straight performances of 30 or more points. He should have a great chance to continue this run against the New York Knicks, who have been disappointing defensively this season. The visitors are in the bottom 10 in the league in defensive rating. The matchup here for the reigning MVP will be Karl-Anthony Towns. The Knicks center is not known as a defensive stopper and is averaging just 0.7 blocks and 0.7 steals per game this season. Outside of Towns, the Knicks do not have much size, with Jericho Sims as the backup center. Do not be surprised to see OG Anunoby matched up against Jokic at times too. The Serbian should be able to dominate these matchups in the paint. Over the last 10 games, the Knicks are 23rd in opponent free-throw attempts per game. Look for Jokic to use this to pad his scoring from the charity stripe too.

RJ Barrett (TOR) over 4.5 assists (-120)
Odds available at Bet365 at time of publishing.
With Immanuel Quickley being out for the Toronto Raptors, the team has shared playmaking responsibilities. RJ Barrett has benefitted from this. He has been able to record 5 or more assists in 4 of his last 5 games, which included a 15-assist effort against the Boston Celtics. Tonight, he will be up against a Detroit Pistons team that has a fair amount of size down low, with Jalen Duren manning the paint. The hosts have ranked in the top 10 in the league in blocks per game as a result. With the ability of Barrett to beat his man off the dribble, it should help create drive-and-kick opportunities. The Raptors have started to show improved efficiency shooting the ball, ranking 8th in the league in true shooting percentage over the last 3 games. They should be well-positioned to convert the opportunities Barrett creates tonight.

Cam Thomas (BKN) over 23.5 points (-115)
Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.
Cam Thomas is coming into tonight’s game after one of his best scoring performances of the season. He was able to drop 34 points on efficient 50% shooting from the field against the Sacramento Kings. It was his 4th game with 30 or more points. Tonight, he should be well positioned to continue his hot form, as he enters a shootout against the Golden State Warriors backcourt. The Warriors let opposing teams get their shots off from beyond the arc, ranking 24th in opponent three-point attempts per game. With Thomas making 40.5% of his shots from there so far this month, he should be able to take full advantage tonight. This is a matchup he relished last season too, where he averaged 29.5 points over the 2 contests. I’m backing him tonight to go make for make with Curry once again.
