Fridays tend to be a loaded day of basketball in the association, but we’re getting just a 7-game NBA slate on Friday, December 6. Still, that’s more than enough matchups to carve out a couple of prop picks! Let’s dive into our best NBA player prop bets for tonight’s action, while you can also find out our NBA picks for today and throughout the entire season.

Dyson Daniels (ATL) Over 13.5 points+assists (-125)

Odds available at Caesars Sportsbook at time of publishing

Dyson Daniels has been a treat to watch on both ends of the court for the Atlanta Hawks. It’s doubtful he’ll win Defensive Player of the Year or Most Improved Player, but he’s more than proven he should be considered for both. He’s reinvented the Hawks on the defensive end to be respectable. Tonight, against the Los Angeles Lakers, we’re targeting his points+assists prop at 13.5 — a number he has surpassed in 11 of 18 games when playing 30+ minutes.

Even with the return of De’Andre Hunter and Bogdan Bogdanovic, we’re looking at 30+ minutes for Daniels. He’s too talented on the defensive end not to have on the court. In the last game, Daniels disappeared in the 2nd half with just two points and two assists, but I’m expecting him to bounce back in this one. Let’s ride with the talented 21-year-old.

Mike Conley (MIN) Under 17.5 points+rebounds+assists (-105)

Odds available at BetMGM Sportsbook at time of publishing

Mike Conley has been my favorite fade over the last 2 seasons — an aging veteran on a team with guard depth in Donte DiVincenzo and Nickeil Alexander-Walker. Conley is averaging 25 minutes per game to start the season — down from 29 last season. In the previous 5 games, he’s made 11 three-pointers, which has led to surpassing this line in 3 of those games, but we cashed in on his under in his last game due to making just 1 three-pointer and playing 20 minutes in a blow-out win. Tonight, we’re back to fading Conley and banking on more regression from deep — especially on the road where he’s shooting 33% from three-point range on the road and staying under this prop in 5 of 7 games away from Minnesota.
