Friday night basketball is back and we’ve got a 9-game NBA slate to start November. Let’s dive into our best NBA player prop bets for Friday, November 1, where I’ve picked out 3 great plays that have caught my eye. You can also find out our NBA picks for all the big matchups today and throughout the entire 2024-25 season.

Tobias Harris (DET) Under 23.5 points+rebounds+assists (-102)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Tobias Harris played with a vengeance against his former team, the Philadelphia 76ers, on Wednesday night. After shooting 2 of 7 from the field in the first half, Harris dropped 21 points+rebounds+assists in the second half to surpass this number for the first time this season. But the 76ers’ defense has been dreadful, with Joel Embiid and Paul George sidelined, and I expect Harris to have a more difficult time against a New York Knicks defense that is still coming together.

Christian Braun (DEN) Over 1.5 steals+blocks (-120)

Odds available at BetMGM at time of publishing.

Christian Braun has filled the Kentavious Caldwell-Pope role very nicely from a defensive standpoint. He’s getting the toughest assignment from night to night, which has resulted in clearing this line in all 4 games to start the season. We’re looking at 30+ minutes from Braun against the Timberwolves, who are 4-point home favorites. With a thin bench and Minnesota turning the ball over at a top-10 rate, Braun recording over 1.5 steals+blocks looks a great pick for tonight’s betting card.

Keegan Murray (SAC) Over 14.5 points (+100)

Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing.

DraftKings has the option of over 13.5 points at -125 or over 14.5 points at even-money – I’m going with the better price, especially since DraftKings is the only book to offer 13.5. Murray has yet to find his groove this season with his shot, as he’s shooting 33% from deep, but he was well on his way to a productive night in his last game. He scored 14 through 3 quarters but played just 2 minutes in the 4th due to a 20+ point lead against the Utah Jazz. Murray and the Kings will battle the Atlanta Hawks, who have allowed the most three-pointers in the NBA this season and rank in the bottom 5 in defensive efficiency. The game total of 236.5 is the highest on the slate, largely due to both teams ranking in the league’s top half in pace of play. If you follow me on X (@JutPicks), I was all over Bilal Coulibaly 15+ points at +380 against the Hawks on Wednesday. I’ll be backing a similar angle with Murray 20+ points at +360 on DraftKings.
