It’s important to note that Donte DiVincenzo will be sidelined for his New York homecoming, as he sustained a toe injury late in the Timberwolves’ 1-point loss to the Warriors on Wednesday. DiVincenzo dished out a team-high 9 assists, while Edwards had just 2 on 7 opportunities. With DiVincenzo out of the picture, look for Edwards to continue his sky-high usage and to fill that playmaking role in this one against the Knicks.

After backing the #1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, the #3 pick is joining the card. LaMelo Ball has been a stat-stuffing monster lately, averaging 8.3 assists and 6.4 rebounds in his last 10 games. Even with Brandon Miller back in the lineup, Ball continues to put up great numbers. The return of Mark Williams hurts Ball’s rebounding upside a tad, but against a Bulls team that plays at a top-5 pace and with the game total set at 235.5, this feels like a no-brainer spot in which to back Ball.
