The NBA Play-in Tournament continues tonight with a couple of elimination games. First up we have Heat vs Bulls, with Chicago coming from seemingly out of nowhere to win 6 of their final 7 games and earn home advantage in this #9 vs #10 matchup. That Eastern Conference clash is followed by Mavericks vs Kings, where Sacramento is heavily favored following an incredibly turbulent season for Dallas. I’ve picked out my best NBA player prop bet from that latter game, so let’s dive in! I’m 7-1 on NBA player props for Pickswise this season, so here’s hoping for another big win. This is such a wild line to me. Zach LaVine has 5+ first-quarter points in 5 straight games and could very well see all 12 minutes to open this game. This line is available on bet365 so we have options to choose from here. Assuming LaVine remains out of early foul trouble, it is likely that he at least sees 10+ 1Q minutes due to the importance of this game. LaVine has a regular points prop set at 24.5m so this line should have opened at 5.5 or 6.5. This can realistically hit with 2 made field goals with how effective of a three-point shooter that LaVine is. I think this line is worth the juice and I’m happy with it being our first look for these NBA playoffs and to hopefully move us to 8-1 on the season.
