We have a 3-game NBA playoff slate on Tuesday that includes the Bucks vs Pacers, Grizzlies vs Thunder and Timberwolves vs Lakers, with Indiana, OKC and Minnesota all looking to jump out to a 2-0 series lead. Let’s dive into my best NBA player prop bets for Tuesday, April 22, as the postseason action begins to heat up. You can also find out our expert NBA picks for EVERY game in the postseason.
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL) Over 18.5 rebounds+assists (-120)
Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing
With Damian Lillard potentially returning tonight, how much of the offense will run through Giannis Antetokounmpo? I expect a ton of it. He logged a 40% usage rate in Game 1, but it resulted in just a single assist due to the Bucks shooting 9-37 from three-point range. Kyle Kuzma was dreadful, Brook Lopez barely played in the 2nd half and Bobby Portis scored 4 points. The Pacers will have all eyes on Antetokounmpo when he enters the paint. Let’s hope the Bucks’ supporting cast can knock down a few shots off his passes. If you’re looking for more fun to start the slate, I also like Antetokounmpo to record a Triple-Double at +550 at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Scotty Pippen Jr. (MEM) Under 3.5 rebounds (-115)
Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing
We coasted to a victory on Sunday, with Scotty Pippen Jr reeling in just 2 rebounds on 2 chances. As anticipated, he struggled to stay on the court as he was in constant foul trouble trying to contain Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who had just 15 points. It’s also not a guarantee Pippen’s minutes are safe here after Game 1. The Grizzlies desperately need offense. Luke Kennard could be the answer. Not to mention that DraftKings is offering this line at -115 while the rest of the market is coming in at -135.
