It feels like it was just a few days ago that people were ready to put to bed any chances of a Denver Nuggets dynasty and were declaring the Minnesota Timberwolves as the heir apparent. The Nuggets have certainly changed that narrative with 2 dominant wins on the road to even up the series. With the Nuggets returning to the Mile High city tonight, they will be in prime position to put themselves just a game away from the Western Conference Finals.

Denver Nuggets -4 over Minnesota Timberwolves (-112)
The Denver Nuggets punched back against the Timberwolves, winning Games 3 and 4 by 27 and 12 points, respectively. It has helped shift the momentum of the series, and now with the Nuggets returning to their home floor, it seems hard to imagine how the Timberwolves can reverse their fortunes. The visitors have really struggled to give Anthony Edwards support on the offensive end, with no player other than him hitting the 20-point mark in either of the contests. Over the last 2 game stretch, the Nuggets are clear leaders in offensive rating of all remaining playoff teams. With their offense getting into a groove, it is hard to see how the visitors can keep pace tonight.

Jamal Murray 3+ made threes (+145)
While Jamal Murray is questionable ahead of tonight’s game, he has carried the same designation throughout the series. If his performances are anything to go by, he is on the way to recovery. There has been an uptick in his 3-point shooting, with the guard making 42.9% and 40% over the last 2 games from beyond the arc. During the regular season his 3-point percentage jumped from 40.7% on the road to 44.1% when playing at home. That gives me confidence that he will be able to carry over his current form into this contest. His 7 3-point attempts in Game 4 — in which he hit this over — marked a high for the series. If the attempt numbers continue to trend that way, this should be a great addition to the parlay.

Anthony Edwards Over 29.5 points (-113)
With the Timberwolves’ offense faltering, look for Edwards to try and will them on tonight. He has dropped over 40 points in 2 of the games against the Nuggets already. Do not be surprised to see him stay very aggressive scoring the ball. With Karl-Anthony Towns spacing the floor, he is still to see too much resistance at the rim. Considering he is making 44.4% of his 3-pointers in the series, it’s not like the Nuggets can drop off from him to try help prevent his drives to the rim. The key for Edwards will be shot attempts. Throughout the series, whenever he has reached at least 20 field goal attempts he has scored at least 30-points. With a crucial Game 5 ahead of them, it’s hard to see the Timberwolves go away from their superstar.
