It will be a huge rivalry matchup in the NFC West when the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks square off at Lumen Field in Seattle for Thursday Night Football in Week 6 of the 2024 NFL season. Seattle owns the early division lead with a 3-2 record, while San Francisco has disappointed to the tune of a 2-3 mark through 5 weeks.

Here is my 49ers vs Seahawks Same Game Parlay for the festivities, which get underway at 8:15 pm ET on Prime Video. Also, be sure to check out our NFL picks for EVERY game in Week 6 and throughout the season.

Seahawks +3.5 (-120)

Kenneth Walker III to score a touchdown (-125)

Jordan Mason to record 90+ rushing yards (+122)

49ers vs Seahawks Same Game Parlay odds: +728

Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Seattle running back Kenneth Walker III finding the end zone would obviously work well with a Seahawks cover. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with backing San Francisco running back Jordan Mason to rack up his fair share of rushing yards. But even if he does, there is no reason why the home team can’t be competitive. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Seattle Seahawks +3.5 over San Francisco 49ers (-120)

The 49ers certainly have not lived up to expectations so far this season. Christian McCaffrey is still sidelined and a whole host of key defensive players are questionable for Thursday. San Francisco has also been undone by 4th-quarter woes. It has scored a mere 22 4th-quarter points through 5 games. This team simply isn’t clutch right now, to the extent that it’s hard to see the visitors winning by more than field goal against the division-rival Seahawks. Led by Walker and quarterback Geno Smith, Seattle’s offense should be in line for some success against a banged-up San Fran defense. I’m expecting a close one on Thursday night.

Kenneth Walker III to score a touchdown (-125)

When healthy, Walker has been outstanding so far this season. In 3 games (he has missed 2 due to injury), KW3 has scored 4 touchdowns. Although he did not find the end zone or do much on the ground last weekend against the New York Giants, the former Michigan State standout excelled in the passing game to the tune of 7 receptions on 8 targets for 57 yards. He is always contributing, and a high volume of touches should result in another touchdown on Thursday night. The 49ers have been solid but unspectacular against the run this year, allowing 4.7 yards per carry and 4 TDs on the ground. Look for Walker to take advantage and continue his fine form.

Jordan Mason to record 90+ rushing yards (+122)

With McCaffrey out, Mason has done a nice job picking up the slack. The Georgia Tech product has already churned out 536 yards and 3 touchdowns. He has reached the 100-yard mark on 3 occasions and gained 89 yards during last week’s unceremonious home loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Mason now faces a Seattle defense that is giving up 128.0 rushing yards per contest. With the Niners’ passing game wobbly at the moment, look for Mason to once again shoulder a significant offensive load for his team on TNF.
