Europa League pick today: Manchester United ML over Sevilla (-192), 3:00 pm ET

Manchester United was denied a first-leg win by 2 late own goals in the Europa League quarterfinal first leg against Sevilla last week, but can make amends with victory in the second leg in Spain this afternoon.

Sevilla dropped into this competition after being humbled in its Champions League group earlier in the season, taking 5 points from 6 games. What this boils down to is the fact that Manchester United has too many offensive options for a team that is still in the relegation battle in La Liga this season. For that reason, backing United to win will be our best bet.

NHL pick today: Toronto Maple Leafs ML over Tampa Bay Lightning (-172), 7:00 pm ET

The Toronto Maple Leafs did not get too much help from goaltender Ilya Samsonov on Tuesday night as he saved just 23 of 29 shots. Toronto is expected to go back to Samsonov tonight, but he needs to make a statement in this game to give the Maple Leafs a chance. The good news is that Ryan O’Reilly found the score sheet in Game 1 and he is likely going to be a difference maker the longer this series goes. With the Maple Leafs knowing they cannot afford to lose tonight, backing them to even the series will be our play.

NBA pick today: Golden State Warriors -5.5 over Sacramento Kings (-108), 10:00 pm ET

For the first time in the Stephen Curry era, the Warriors find themselves in a 2-0 deficit and the dream matchup of Curry vs LeBron James in round 2 is in serious jeopardy. Going back home should be a confidence-booster for the Warriors, who are on a run of 6 straight wins against the Kings in their own building and capped off the regular season with 12 wins in their last 13 home games. It’s simply a must-win game for the Warriors, therefore backing them to win and cover will be our play.

NHL pick today: Vegas Golden Knights ML over Winnipeg Jets (-154), 10:00 pm ET

The Jets were able to take down the Golden Knights in Game 1 by keeping pressure off their net, as they allowed an incredibly low 17 shots on net. However, that’s not something we expect to happen again, considering that Winnipeg allowed 30.3 shots per game throughout the season. With the win in Game 1, the Jets have certainly made this series an interesting one, but backing the Golden Knights to even things up before hitting the road will be our play.
