MLB pick today: Toronto Blue Jays -1.5 over Milwaukee Brewers (+105), 1:07 pm ET
Toronto has Kevin Gausman on the mound this afternoon, who has been dominant for the most part this season. He will be facing a Milwaukee offense that is in the bottom third of the league, averaging only four runs per game. On the other side, Freddy Peralta has been subpar so far, and especially lately. He has given up 13 runs combined in his last three starts, and facing the Toronto offense is not the best way to get back on track. For that reason, backing the Blue Jays on the run line will be our play.

MLB pick today: Colorado Rockies +1.5 over Arizona Diamondbacks (-130), 3:40 pm ET
The Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks will finish up their series this afternoon at Chase Field. On the mound for the Rockies is Chase Anderson, who is coming off two victories while allowing only 3 runs through 10.2 innings pitched.
On the other side, the Diamondbacks are bringing Zach Davies in to finish up this series. Davies has struggled to go deep into ball games, playing in just 12.2 innings through 3 starts. The Rockies bats have yet to truly impress since arriving in Arizona, but this is a game they can keep close. For that reason, backing the Rockies on the run line will be our play.

MLB pick today: Minnesota Twins ML over Cleveland Guardians (-142), 6:40 pm ET
Tonight’s matchup will see the Minnesota Twins take on the Cleveland Guardians. Minnesota’s Pablo Lopez has dominated the AL Central and is 4-0 in his last 4 starts against the division. Cleveland’s Tanner Bibee has also looked great statistically, but the Guardians have gone on to lose 4 of his 6 starts and haven’t scored over 4 runs in any of his starts. With home-field advantage, the Guardians’ offensive struggles, and Lopez’s dominance in the division, backing the Twins tonight will be our play.

NBA pick today: Miami Heat vs Denver Nuggets – Over 219 points (-110), 8:30 pm ET
Miami and Denver eclipsed 219 points in both regular season games and in 5 of their last 7 meetings overall. Miami has also gone over the total in 10 of the last 13 road games and in 6 straight against Northwest Division opponents. Despite not playing for more than a week, the Nuggets should be able to assert themselves offensively against a mentally and physically drained Heat team. They own the best offensive rating in this postseason at 119.7 points per 100 possessions, therefore, backing the over will be our play.
