Florida State -2.5 over Clemson (-110)

77% of Pickswise users selected Florida State with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Friday, September 22 at 1:00 pm ET.

It’s not often that a marquee matchup on the college football slate has a noon kickoff, but that will be the case with Florida State vs Clemson. The Seminoles, however, should have no trouble waking up for this one. On paper they are finally the cream of the crop again in the ACC and they have a chance to prove it against the perennial conference powerhouse Tigers. With 77% of the Call It votes going for Florida State, there is plenty of confidence in this pick. The Pickswise experts agree, too, as it is one of our best bets of the week.

The public has been loving Oklahoma in the early stages of the season and it continues in Week 4. We have crunched the Call It numbers and 78% of Pickswise fans are backing the Sooners to cover against Cincinnati. And why not? Oklahoma is undefeated and has won games by 73, 17 and 49 points. Quarterback Dillon Gabriel has been outstanding so far to the tune of 905 passing yards, 11 touchdowns and only 1 interception in addition to 1 TD on the ground. Cincinnati is coming off a bad home loss to Miami (OH).

Kentucky -13.5 over Vanderbilt (-110)

81% of Pickswise users selected Kentucky with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Friday, September 22 at 1:00 pm ET.

Hammering big favorites proved to be profitable in Week 2, but the story was much different last weekend. Nonetheless, the public is going right back to the well and giving the points in most cases. This SEC matchup between Kentucky and Vanderbilt is no exception. The Wildcats haven’t played anyone good yet, but they are 3-0 with a trio of double-digit wins. As for the Commodores, they are coming off back-to-back losses at the hands of Wake Forest (by 16 points) and UNLV. The Call It voters are all over Kentucky, with 81% going toward Big Blue.

Maryland -7.5 over Michigan State (-110)

78% of Pickswise users selected Maryland with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Friday, September 22 at 1:00 pm ET.

The public (78% to be exact, per the Call It numbers) likes Maryland to cover a relatively modest -7.5 spread against Michigan State. Ah, where to begin with Michigan State? The Spartans actually have a winning record because they played 2 puffcake opponents to begin the season, but they lost to Washington 41-7 last weekend. Mel Tucker has been fired – and with much controversy, too. This program is extremely vulnerable right now and a 3-0 Maryland team should be able to capitalize. Taulia Tagovailoa is complimented by a running game that has churned out 528 yards and 9 touchdowns.

Texas -14.5 over Baylor (-110)

87% of Pickswise users selected Texas with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Friday, September 15 at 1:00 pm ET.

Let’s round out this Call It parlay with another big favorite. Texas is giving more than 2 touchdowns to Baylor, but the public isn’t worried about a large number. It’s understandable given that the Longhorns are undefeated with victories by 27, 10 and 21 points. That 10-point win came at Alabama, too, and that has the ‘Horns up to #3 in the college football rankings. QB Quinn Ewers has 10 total TDs (8 passing, 2 rushing). Meanwhile, Baylor’s 1 win has come over…wait for it…Long Island University. One of its 2 losses is to Texas State! You have to think this margin will, in fact, be more than 2 touchdowns.

BetRivers is one of the biggest sportsbooks in America, and right now they are giving new customers up to $250 in bonus bets if their first bet loses. There’s no catch, that’s all there is to it! Click this link to join BetRivers.
