I'm an NFL handicapper here at Pickswise who was raised in a household full of sports fanatics. Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. An avid sports bettor myself, I'm excited to get to write about the industry as it gets set to take off across the country. Buckle up. We’re down to one game left, and we might as well make the most of it. Super Bowl 56 is rapidly approaching, and while that’s bittersweet, we still have one more great matchup to look forward to. And we are about to find out who will be hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. What better way to celebrate the occasion than by betting a same game parlay? The Rams and Bengals will do battle for all the marbles, and I’ve cooked up an SGP for the showdown.

Here we go:

Los Angeles Rams -4 (-112)

Odell Beckham 80+ receiving yards (+205)

Tee Higgins 80+ receiving yards (+134)

Parlay odds: +1142

We have a 3-leg same game parlay, which pays out at north of 11/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s break it down.

Los Angeles Rams -4 (-112)

To start this same game parlay we have the Rams against the spread. This Bengals team has been a heck of a story, but I think it’s going to meet an unfortunate end here. Cincy won on the final play of the game in each of their three playoff contests, while the Rams looked dominant in their first two. Los Angeles’ ferocious pass-rush is a nightmare matchup for a weak Bengals offensive line, and we’ve already seen the Rams make Kyler Murray and Tom Brady look overmatched in the postseason.

While the Rams were blowing out the Cardinals in the first round, the Bengals looked less than impressive as they squeaked by the Raiders. In the second round against the Titans they let Joe Burrow get sacked nine times, and they likely would’ve lost to Tennessee had Ryan Tannehill not gift-wrapped them three interceptions.

Odell Beckham 80+ receiving yards (+205)

We are backing Beckham to have a big game for the second leg of our same game parlay. OBJ joined the Rams midseason, and his chemistry with Matthew Stafford continues to grow. Beckham put up 113 yards in the NFC Championship Game last week, and he’s drawn 19 targets over the team’s last two games. The Bengals are going to do everything they can to slow down Cooper Kupp, freeing up some looks for Beckham in the process. Sean McVay clearly fully trusts him, and is going to try to get him the ball here after his nine-catch performance their last time out.

Tee Higgins 80+ receiving yards (+134)

I don’t think this conflicts much with the rest of our same game parlay. Just like the Bengals are going to do everything they can to slow down Kupp, the Rams are going to throw the kitchen sink at Ja’Marr Chase. Jalen Ramsey has come out and said this week that he wants to travel with Chase as much as possible, and the coaching staff should let him in the biggest game of the year. The rest of Los Angeles’ secondary isn’t in as good of shape, which is why they recently had to sign 37-year-old Eric Weddle off the street to start for them in the playoffs.

Enter Tee Higgins. Chase’s sensational rookie season unfairly distracted from the fact that Higgins put up 1,091 yards in just 14 games this year. He had 103 yards in the AFCCG in Kansas City, and 96 the week before against Tennessee. Overall Higgins has gotten to at least 96 yards in six of his past nine games, so getting significant plus-money on him to get to only 80 is too good to pass up.
