EPL pick today: Newcastle United ML over Arsenal (+140), 11:00 am ET
Only something remarkable in the final 5 games is going to stop Newcastle from qualifying for the Champions League, and Liverpool is the only visiting team to win at St James’ Park this season. Recent home wins have been achieved with the minimum of fuss against Manchester United and Tottenham, therefore backing Newcastle to continue their good form will be our play.

NBA pick today: Philadelphia 76ers ML over Boston Celtics (+118), 3:30 pm ET
Philadelphia’s backs are against the wall in Game 4, but maybe that’s something that can finally get them going. Despite the loss on Friday, they are still 5-2 SU in their last 7 home games and they’ve covered the spread in 6 of the last 9 games overall.
The Celtics have clearly been the better team, and aside from that slip-up towards the end in Game 1 they’ve been almost perfect. However, it’s hard to imagine a team that has the MVP and that went 54-28 SU during the regular season and 29-12 SU at home losing back-to-back games on their home court, therefore backing the Sixers will be our play.

MLS pick today: Seattle Sounders ML over Sporting Kansas City (-165), 4:30 pm ET
It has been a hopeless season so far for Sporting Kansas City, who are rock-bottom of the overall MLS standings and are the only team yet to win a game in 2023, with 7 losses and 3 ties in 10 games. They have scored just 3 goals this season and the Sounders have shut out 3 of their last 4 MLS opponents. For that reason, backing the Sounders to win will be our best bet.

NHL pick today: Toronto Maple Leafs ML over Florida Panthers (-134), 6:40 pm ET
The Maple Leafs find themselves down 2-0 in the series even though they came out hot in Game 2, scoring twice in the first 5 minutes. They also dominated the face-off circle, winning 69% of the draws. They played terribly for about a 50-second span in the 2nd period which gave the Panthers 2 quick goals and the lead. If the Maple Leafs hadn’t had that issue, they could have evened up the series as they dominated the rest of the game. With the threat of a 3-0 series hole looming, backing the Maple Leafs to play a complete game and get back into this series will be our play.
