EPL pick today: Manchester City ML over Tottenham Hotspur (-140), 11:30 am ET
Manchester City pulled off one of the comebacks of the season to beat Tottenham earlier this month and it is hard to see beyond another win for Pep Guardiola’s team when the sides reconvene in London this morning.
Since that comeback win over Tottenham, City eased past Wolves 3-0 thanks to a hat-trick from Erling Haaland, who is now on 25 league goals from 19 games, and beat Arsenal 1-0 in the FA Cup. They have also won 7 of their last 10 Premier League games, therefore backing another City here will be the play.

NBA pick today: Orlando Magic vs Charlotte Hornets – Over 235 points (-110), 1:10 pm ET
Over the last 10 games the Magic have ranked 12th in the league in pace. They have played a team in the top 10 in that category 3 times during that stretch, with each of those games comfortably clearing the 235-point mark. Considering the Hornets are 2nd in pace, the same should be the case today.
The hosts also lead the league in fast-break points per game over the last 10 games. With the Magic 27th in opponent points off turnovers, the Hornets should get more run-out opportunities today. With the Magic 9th in second-chance point per game during that time, backing the over looks to be worth a play.

NBA pick today: Indiana Pacers +5 over Cleveland Cavaliers (-114), 5:10 pm ET
The Pacers will have to be careful not to let Donovan Mitchell go off here. It took a total team effort for Indiana to win the previous meeting at home as 4 players scored over 20 points, led by Tyrese Haliburton who had 29 and 9 assists. The NBA’s assist leader is finally back after a long layoff with a shoulder injury, and he has not missed a beat in 2 games since returning.
Road form has plagued the Cavs all season and they are only 10-16 SU. Teams such as the OKC Thunder have beaten them away from home, therefore backing the Pacers to cover will be the play.

College basketball pick today: Temple Owls +10.5 over Houston Cougars (-115), 6:00 pm ET
Temple and Houston meet up this evening in a rematch of one of the year’s biggest upsets so far. Just a couple weeks ago, Temple upended then #1 Houston on the Cougars’ own home court. Including that win, Temple has been on a hot streak, winning four in a row. Few expected the Owls to be competitive this year, and even fewer thought they could be in first place in February, but that is exactly where they will be if they can repeat their earlier result.
Houston is the far better team, and they ought to win this game. However, 11 points feels like too many — especially when Temple just beat Houston a couple weeks ago. For that reason, backing the Owls will be the play.
