Marco Silva’s team has come out on top of a few narrow victories recently but their luck could run out when they visit an impressive Brighton team. Aston Villa beat Club Brugge 3-1 in the Champions League on Tuesday which should see them progress to the next round of that competition. However their form in the Premier League this season following a European match has been poor — they have taken just 6 points from the 8 league games after a Champions League clash.
They also face a Brentford team that has been in good form recently, beating West Ham and Leicester and picking up a tie with in-form Everton. The Bees have also had 10 days between games and should be well rested in the buildup to this game, whereas Villa have played twice in that time. Brentford are fancied to get the better of the Villans as a result.

Everton ML over Wolves (+190), 3:00 pm ET, Saturday
Everton have been in rock-solid form since David Moyes’ return as head coach, going unbeaten in their last 7 league games. Included in that run have been wins against Brighton, Crystal Palace and Tottenham along with ties with Liverpool, Manchester United and Brentford.
They face a Wolves team who will be without their key man Matheus Cunha, after he was sent off in their FA Cup clash against Bournemouth, which Wolves lost on penalties.
