Arsenal ML over Southampton (-900), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

Southampton look set for a season of struggle in the EPL and appear likely to be playing Championship football next year. The Saints, weak in all departments, have earned just 1 point from their opening 6 games of the campaign. Arsenal should overwhelm the sorry Saints from the first whistle and the title-chasing Gunners can form the foundation of any Premier League parlay this weekend. Expect a flurry of home goals at the Emirates Stadium.

Manchester City ML over Fulham (-470), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

The champions are unbeaten this season and the Etihad Stadium faithful will not be expecting Fulham to threaten that record. Fulham’s schedule has been kind to them so far, with Leicester, Ipswich and Nottingham Forest among their opposition, and life should get tougher for the Cottagers from here. While Fulham can be expected to plummet from their current league position, City should sustain their title challenge throughout the season. Pep Guardiola’s team is seeking a 5th consecutive Premier League title and can bolster their claims with a smooth win on Saturday.

West Ham ML over Ipswich (-120), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

Ipswich are winless in the Premier League this season and there seems little chance of that drought ending at the London Stadium. The Tractor Boys appear woefully lacking in the tools required for top-flight survival – and West Ham can expose those frailties. The Hammers have been beaten by some top-class teams in recent weeks – Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool – but Julen Lopetegui’s team is much stronger than Ipswich. The Spaniard will expect to see West Ham take all 3 points on Saturday.

Chelsea ML over Nottingham Forest (-210), 9:00 am ET, Sunday

There have been smiles on the faces of Chelsea fans this season for the first time in a while, as the Blues score goals for fun and put themselves into title contention. Cole Palmer is proving an inspiration for the Londoners – a special player able to dominate matches – and he scored 4 goals against Brighton in their last league game. Chelsea’s expensively assembled squad appears to be gelling, with relatively new head coach Enzo Maresca getting his tactics across, and the Blues are growing in confidence. With so much quality in the attacking third, it is difficult to see Chelsea being repelled by Nottingham Forest. Chelsea’s squad is enormous, so even a Thursday-night European game prior to this is not a cause for concern.
