Wolves ML over Luton (+120), 10:00 am ET
Premier League rookies Luton are still looking for their first point of the Premier League season and the wait could go on after Wolves have visited Kenilworth Road. Much has been made of the difficulties road teams will have traveling to the small surroundings at Luton, however, West Ham were able to win 2-1 and there is an overall lack of quality due to one of the smallest budgets ever for an EPL team. Head coach Rob Edwards admitted as much and it looks a long journey ahead given Luton had just 22 percent possession in last week’s 1-0 loss at Fulham.
Wolves are also at the wrong end of the EPL standings but they have had a difficult fixture list and played well enough in defeat to Manchester United and Liverpool to suggest a downgrade in opponent can be rewarded with a victory.
Brentford ML over Everton (-125), 10:00 am ET
Everton have just about avoided relegation in the last two EPL seasons but it might not be third time lucky for the toothless Toffees, who lack a goalscoring threat. They barely troubled Arsenal in a 1-0 defeat last time out and Everton also lost by the same scoreline at home to Wolves and Fulham. There was a 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa and the only goals came in a 2-2 tie at newly promoted Sheffield United.
Brentford remains without long-term absentee Ivan Toney, but they have scored in all bar one of their matches this season and one goal is usually enough to see off Everton. Including last season, the Bees have scored in each of their last 16 home games and Everton can only dream of that offense.

Manchester United ML over Burnley (-135), 10:00 pm ET
Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag is under increasing pressure after a bad start to the season, but he can ease the concerns with a win at Burnley. Wednesday’s Champions League loss on the road to Bayern Munich looks not too bad on paper, but the 4-3 was never remotely close from the moment the Germans went ahead. However, it was a dismal error from goalkeeper Andre Onana that gifted Bayern the lead and a soft PK award did not help either. Those slips can be avoided here.
United need to improve and this is an ideal matchup with Burnley having lost its three home games this season by a total of 1-11. Burnley head coach Vincent Kompany insists on his team defending with a high line on defense and United has the potential to exploit that just in the same way as Manchester City, Aston Villa and Tottenham already have.
