Fulham or tie double chance vs Manchester City (+550), 11:00 am ET

Sometimes you just look at a matchup and you can feel that something interesting is going to happen. Manchester City have been superb this season. They’re the EPL champs, they score plenty of goals and they’re the betting favorite to win this season’s Champions League.

But right now, this is a team in need of a break and they’re not getting it. There are doubts over the fitness of goalscoring machine Erling Haaland and Fulham will not be easy to shake off. Fulham were promoted and expected to go straight back down but the London side has been rebuilt, looks stronger than ever, is unbeaten on 4 games. At big odds, they look good value and can avoid losing at The Etihad.

Brighton ML over Wolves (+120), 11:00 am ET

Those who thought the magnificent Graham Potter was irreplaceable as Brighton’s head coach are being proved wrong. Roberto de Zerbi has come in since Potter left to take the reins at Chelsea, and Brighton have continued to excel. Last week’s 4-1 win over Potter’s Chelsea was De Zerbi’s first win in 6 games but the football his side has been playing has been every bit as good as it was under Potter.

Wolves, meanwhile, are still without a head coach and will be missing their center-forward this week with Diego Costa suspended. That could make the difference, and should help Brighton secure all 3 points.

Leeds ML over Bournemouth (-140), 11:00 am ET

If one game can change a season then for Leeds it could be last Saturday’s wonderful 2-1 win at Liverpool. Liverpool may not be at their best, but Leeds boss Jesse Marsch was on a tightrope after some poor results and he – and his team – delivered.

The key now is to follow that up and beat a Bournemouth team that could fall apart at any moment. If Leeds go at this from the get-go – as Marsch’s teams tend to – then they can win this well.

Everton vs Leicester under 2.5 goals (-126), 1:30 pm ET

Everton are improving as the season goes on and are up to 12th in the standings, leaving Leicester behind. The Toffees’ problem is a lack of goals, with just 11 scored in 13 matches, and that won’t improve while they average around 10 shots per game, which is the 3rd-worst shots-per-game ratio in the EPL.

Leicester aren’t much better despite boasting attacking gems like James Maddison and Harvey Barnes, and the Foxes need Jamie Vardy, their veteran goal-getter, to rediscover his accuracy in front of goal. Everton were involved in a 0-0 tie at Fulham last Saturday and it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if this didn’t end equally as flat.
