The regular season is over, and the journey to the Super Bowl has begun. First up is Wild Card Weekend, which features 6 games ranging from Saturday to Monday night. I have taken a look at the 2 games on Saturday between the Browns-Texans and Dolphins-Chiefs and have found 3 player prop best bets.

David Njoku, TE, CLE, Over 5.5 receptions (-108)
Available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing
All of David Njoku’s recent success can be attributed to one man: Joe Flacco. From Week 1 to Week 12, Njoku recorded 6 or more catches in just 4 games. However, once Flacco took over in Week 13 it has been a completely different season for the tight end. Njoku has 30 receptions since Flacco took over, which comes out to 6 catches per game. Not only that, but he has also seen 9 targets per contest in that 5-game span. The Browns faced the Texans in Week 16 and Njoku finished with 6 catches on 9 targets for 44 yards. He has become one of Flacco’s favorite weapons, and with Amari Cooper back and taking attention from the defense I’m expecting Njoku’s success to continue.

Nico Collins, WR, HOU, Over 73.5 receiving yards (-114)
Available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing
Nico Collins is officially the man in Houston. Collins has taken over the WR1 duties since Tank Dell got hurt, so he has been a vital piece of the offense — especially last week. He finished with 9 catches for 195 yards and a touchdown in Houston’s win over the Texans. On the first play of the game, CJ Stroud connected with Collins for a 75-yard touchdown. Stroud will likely take several deep shots to Collins on Saturday and Stroud should also find him several times throughout the game in the secondary. Although the Texans are facing a strong Cleveland defense, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Collins near 100 receiving yards again.
Tua Tagovailoa, QB, MIA, Under 237.5 passing yards (-114)
Available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing
The saying goes that Tua Tagovailoa can’t perform in the cold weather. And it’s true. Tagovailoa has struggled in the cold in his short NFL career, and his stats back it up. In fact, Miami has lost its last 10 straight games when the kickoff temperature is under 40 degrees. Saturday’s contest will be well below that mark as the forecast has Kansas City projected to be right at zero degrees at kickoff. However, the wind will be howling at Arrowhead; it is expected to feel like -24 degrees.
Whether it’s Tagovailoa or a different quarterback, it will be difficult to throw the ball if they can’t feel their hands. Plus, Tagovailoa has gone under this number in 3 of Miami’s last 4 games. I’m expecting both teams to keep the ball on the ground a lot since that appears to be the best way to win this frigid game.
