Manchester City to beat Leeds – Money Line and over 2.5 goals (-150), 7:30 a.m ET
Manchester City is in remarkable form with 27 wins in their last 28 matches in all competitions and should move another step closer to sealing the EPL title by beating Leeds United at the Etihad Stadium.
City has been a lock for parlay bettors in recent months and is still on track for an unprecedented four-timer of trophies this season.
Their deep roster is essential for this pandemic-hit season and it meant Pep Guardiola benched Aymeric Laporte, Fernandinho, Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero, Gabriel Jesus, and Ferran Torres for the 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
However, City has conceded in five of their last six at home and Leeds will give them all they can handle — they always do.
The road team has scored in all of their games at big-six opponents with the exception of a 3-0 loss at Tottenham. All of those matches went over 2.5 goals and Leeds lost each of them.
Liverpool to beat Aston Villa – Money Line (-195), 10 a.m ET
Liverpool’s performance was too bad to be true at Real Madrid on Tuesday when they lost 3-1. Back them to get back to business against Aston Villa at Anfield.
Before the Madrid mauling, Liverpool had won three in a row and that includes a fine 3-0 success at Arsenal and a 2-0 win against Leipzig, with Portuguese international Diogo Jota in good form for club and country.
Aston Villa has missed key man Jack Grealish and before beating struggling Fulham managed just six goals scored in 10 EPL games.
Chelsea -1 to beat Crystal Palace – Against the Spread (+160), 12:30 p.m ET
Chelsea has been exceptionally rigid at the back since Thomas Tuchel took over — they have eight shutouts in nine games — and should be able to prove their superiority over London rivals Crystal Palace.
The Blues got back to business on Wednesday with a 2-0 win against Porto in the Champions League. Tuchel has plenty of roster options and can rotate the team easily.
Crystal Palace has scored one goal in their last four home games and Chelsea should have the class to secure a comfortable win.
