EPL pick today: Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest – Under 2.5 goals (+100), 10:00 am ET
Chelsea finally got its first win under interim manager Frank Lampard with a 3-1 victory at Bournemouth last Saturday. Meanwhile, Forest improved its position in the relegation battle with a 4-3 win over Southampton in a wild game on Monday, but that could lead to a far more cautious approach from Forest, who may be happy to try for a point in a defensive effort. Because of the cautious approach expected from Forest, backing under 2.5 goals will be our play.

NHL pick today: Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken – Under 5.5 goals (-106), 7:10 pm ET
Even though there has been a lot of scoring in this series, both goaltenders are playing well. Kraken goaltender Philipp Grubauer stopped 16 of 20 shots for a .800 save percentage in the last game, while Stars goaltender Jake Oettinger stopped 29 of 31 shots for a .935 save percentage.
With this also being an elimination game in Seattle, expect both goaltenders to have their best game of the series as both teams should look to play conservatively. For that reason, backing the under 2.5 goals will be our play.

MLS pick today: New York City FC vs New York Red Bulls – Under 2.5 goals (-162), 7:30 pm ET
New York Red Bulls are rock-bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference but recently things have not been going much better for New York City either as City has lost 3 straight games. Given the recent struggles of both teams, expect goals to be limited as under 2.5 goals has cashed in the Red Bulls’ last 7 MLS games.

MLS pick today: Charlotte FC vs Atlanta United FC – Both teams to score – Yes (-152), 7:30 pm ET
Charlotte has showed a renewed confidence recently, winning 4 of its last 5 games, and can contribute to a high-scoring affair on the road against Atlanta. Both teams have scored in Atlanta’s last 5 MLS games, and no team in the league has played more games with over 3.5 goals than Charlotte this season. Atlanta has seen 7 of their last 9 MLS games go over 2.5 goals, therefore backing both teams to score will be our play. so it should not be a surprise if both teams are able to score at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
