Remember when people were worried about the Warriors without Kevin Durant and how they might not even make it to this series? Not only did they make it to this series but they won the last series in six games. Klay Thompson has scored 27 points in each of his last two games and that hot play should continue. Stephen Curry also had an impressive second half in game six and he finally seems to be hitting his groove. The Warriors are heavy favorites in this game, and for good reason because there is no question they are the better team in this series. I have a lot of confidence that the Warriors will win this game. Back the home team with a ton of confidence.

The Golden State Warriors were dominant in game one and there is no reason to think that won’t happen again. All the talk has been about how Stephen Curry has struggled this postseason but in game one that wasn’t the case putting up 36 points and that was the difference in the big victory. The defense was always good giving up only 94 points and if they keep that defense up this series could be over in four games. The Warriors should win this game again and back this game with confidence. There isn’t a ton of value in this pick but it should still be an easy game.

The Trail Blazers had their chance to tie up the series in game two and all they did was choke it away in the second half and I think that is going to really wear on them in this one. If anything starts to go wrong or the Warriors go on a run, the Trail Blazers mind is going to revert back to game two. The Warriors have also seemed to figure out how to slow down Damian Lillard putting Klay Thompson on him and look for them to try and employ the same strategy in this game. This feels like a series the Warriors will close out in four games and they should be able to come out ahead in this game. Back the Warriors to win on the money line.

The Trail Blazers did it again in game three. They were up again big in the first half but in the second half they decided they didn’t want to win the game and let the Warriors come all the way back. They can’t be in a good place mentally at this point and I don’t see how they can come back in this one. Damian Lillard is also playing with separated ribs and it’s clear that it’s having quite the effect on him. It’s going to be the Warriors in another NBA Finals. Back the Warriors to get the job done in game four and close out this series.
