A game that you wish was flexed out of a primetime spot is what we have left for Monday Night Football. The New England Patriots (-1) travel to the desert to take on the Arizona Cardinals as road favorites. Both teams will be missing key players on both sides of the ball that could have an impact on player props. For New England, WR Jakobi Meyers, CB Jalen Mills and OL Isaiah Wynn are out; Damien Harris is doubtful. For Arizona, WR Rondale Moore and CB Byron Murphy will be out.

Mac Jones over 20.5 completions (-122)

Line available on FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Jones is a polarizing quarterback. At times he has shown flashes of being a franchise guy. At other times he has looked lost. I like to blame a majority of his shortcoming on the weaponry and coaching this season. Jones has hit this line in 7 of 9 games this season and gets a great matchup in the Cardinals. They allow the 2nd-most passing YPG at home, most completions per game at home (35) and 2nd-most completions per game (25) this season. Byron Murphy is arguably the best member of their secondary and is out.

While I do agree Jakobi Meyers is a tough loss, the Patriots should have enough weaponry to get this line done for Jones. Arizona’s offense has the ability to put up points, keeping Jones active in the passing game. This is a great line and I’m on it for 1.5U in a must-win game for New England.

Rhamondre Stevenson over 33.5 receiving yards (-115)

Line available on DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

This is another game in which Damien Harris might be out, and Jones’ safety blanket (Meyers) is also sidelined. I considered Nelson Agholor or Hunter Henry in this spot, but the safe play is Stevenson getting 6+ targets Monday night. Arizona is 30th overall in DVOA vs RBs, allowing 7 targets and 44 YPG to opposing RBs. Stevenson has been getting it done out of the backfield since Week 7 and has had 6+ targets in every game in that span. He has averaged 49.5 receiving YPG since Week 6 and has been a staple of this offense ever since. If Jones is set up for success, it lends itself to Stevenson benefitting as well. 1U from me.
