The NHL is back in full swing, and we’ve got a massive six-game slate on Sunday. What better way to make things more interesting than with another mega parlay? We’ve got a three-leg bet to kick things off, going with three puck lines at significant plus money to ensure a big payout.
We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every NHL game first. We’ve been on a roll this hockey season, and our experts are on fire right now. Don’t miss out on their picks for each of today’s six games.
Washington Capitals -1.5 (+185)
New York Islanders -1.5 (+245)
Chicago Blackhawks -1.5 (+185)
Parlay odds: +2702
This parlay offers the chance of a huge payout north of 25/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. I like all of these individually, and the Islanders in particular have a lot of value. Let’s break them down one by one:
Washington Capitals -1.5 (+185)
To start this parlay off we’re going with the Capitals on the puck line in one of the early games. Washington is fifth in goals per game and fourth in power play conversion percentage, so they’ve got the kind of offensive upside I’m looking for with my puck line teams. The Rangers are just 1-4 in their last five games, and are averaging only 1.4 goals per game in that span. In two of those games they’ve been shutout, so I really don’t see them putting up much of a fight on the road here. Washington has scored at least three goals in 13 of their 15 games this season, so I think this puck line has some serious value. +160

New York Islanders -1.5 (+245)
The Islanders make a lot of sense on the puck line as well, getting better than 2/1. They lost the first game of this set to the Penguins 4-3, but right before that they beat 7-2, showing they can be quite explosive when they’re on. Seven of their 10 wins this season have come by multiple goals, so I’m not too concerned about laying the -1.5 with them. Pittsburgh has squeaked out some close games in their recent meetings, and this is where New York finally breaks out and gets their revenge. Six of the Penguins’ eight losses this season have been by multiple scores, so I’m not really sure why we’re getting such a steep price here.

Chicago Blackhawks -1.5 (+185)
To hopefully send this parlay home a winner we’ve got the Blackhawks in the nightcap on the puck line. Detroit has arguably the worst offense in the entire league, and I’m not buying any talk of a resurgence just because they beat Chicago 5-3 in the first game of this set. If anything now is the time to sell-high on Detroit before they come crashing back down. They’ve only scored five goals twice this season now, and they had lost each of their previous four games against the Blackhawks this year. Three of those losses were by multiple goals. Chicago will be embarrassed by their defensive performance and now they’ll bounce back with Kevin Lankinen at goalie here, as he’s already shutdown Detroit three times this season.
