The Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills will meet at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York Sunday at 1:00pm ET. The bookmakers are expecting a blood bath as the Bills are favored by 17.5 points at the time of publishing. No matter if we’re getting a close game or a blowout, the best way to make it worth watching is to bet on it. Everyone knows that. For this one, I’m thinking a little same game parlay is in order.

Cole Beasley 8+ receptions
Stefon Diggs 90+ receiving yards
Parlay odds: +900
Cole Beasley 8+ receptions
Normally I would never take a receiver on a team favored by this much to catch 8 balls but the Bills are just different. They’re second in the NFL in plays per game because they constantly seem to be in hurry up mode. Even when they are up double digits. They don’t care. All gas no breaks in Buffalo this season. They get a Houston Texans’ secondary that hasn’t been terrible but they haven’t been great either. The thing is, they haven’t seen an offense like Buffalo’s yet. Laviska Shenault of the Jacksonville Jaguars ripped them for 7 catches in Week 1 by working close to the line of scrimmage. I bet Beasley gets a lot of the same type of work and racks up receptions the same way. Eight receptions seems like a lot, but it’s really not when the guy is getting 13 targets like he has twice already this season.

Stefon Diggs 90+ receiving yards
Stefon Diggs has not done this yet this season but it has to be coming. Watching DJ Moore just house this Texans’ secondary last week got me thinking about Diggs this week. Moore went for 126 yards on 8 catches and while I don’t think Diggs will catch 8 balls, he likely won’t need to. He’s a big play waiting to happen. He went 90+ 10 times last season so it’s not like we’re asking him to do something he hasen’t done before. He’s just getting started this season and I think Week 4 will be his first real party of the season. We’re getting a nice boost on DraftKings for going with 2 wide receivers from the same team. I don’t think the negative correlation warrants the big boost.
