The Sunday slate in Week 4 of the 2024 NFL season is a good one on paper. We have some huge divisional showdowns, including Saints vs Falcons, Vikings vs Packers and Chiefs vs Chargers. Sunday Night Football is also a blockbuster, pitting the Bills against the Ravens. Let’s get into my NFL parlay picks for Week 4, while you can also find out our NFL picks for EVERY game throughout the season.

Bengals -6.5 alternate spread (+120)

Rams ML (+132)

Buccaneers ML (+110)

NFL Week 4 parlay odds: +972

For this NFL parlay, I am going with 2 underdogs on the money line and 1 favorite against an alternate spread. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Cincinnati Bengals -6.5 alternate spread over Carolina Panthers (+120)

It is actually the Bengals — not the Panthers — who are winless going into this one. Nonetheless, I have a lot more faith in Cincinnati than I do in Carolina. Head coach Zac Taylor’s team stunk up the joint in Week 1 against New England, but it probably should have upset Kansas City in Week 2 before losing a shootout to Jayden Daniels and Washington last Monday. Those results aren’t saying a whole lot, but they should at least point to an upcoming win over lowly Carolina. It is true that the Panthers won last week behind new QB1 Andy Dalton, but the sample size of success is not large enough to inspire any kind of sustained confidence. This is still one of the worst teams in football we are talking about. Given me an inspired Cincy squad to prevail by at least a touchdown.

Los Angeles Rams ML over Chicago Bears (+132)

The Rams are coming off an impressive victory over the 49ers. If they can beat San Francisco, they should have no trouble getting past the Bears. Sure, Chicago appears to be up and coming with Caleb Williams and a whole host of other young pieces on the roster – but early returns in 2024 are not particularly encouraging. The Bears are averaging just 5.3 yards per pass attempt through 3 weeks. Meanwhile, Los Angeles running back Kyren Williams is picking up some of the slack left by the absences of receivers Copper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Williams scored 3 touchdowns against the Niners. Tutu Atwell is also stepping up in place of Kupp and Nacua. Even on the road, the Rams have great value as underdogs.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers ML over Philadelphia Eagles (+110)

Tampa Bay humiliated a reeling Philadelphia unit in the wild-card round of the playoffs last season. The current Eagles aren’t in shambles like the end-of-2023 version, but they also aren’t flying high. Head coach Nick Sirianni has been a disaster, lucky that his team owns a respectable 2-1 record through 3 outings. The offense was thoroughly underwhelming again last weekend but did just enough to get past New Orleans. AJ Brown was already sidelined and now DeVonta Smith is dealing with a concussion, so Philly is depleted bigtime at the receiver position. Meanwhile, the Bucs are also 2-1 and should be inspired to bounce back from a poor performance against Denver. It’s easy to overlook a team like the Broncos; the Bucs certainly won’t look past the Eagles. I’ll happily back TB as a home underdog.
