Whew! Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season sure was a wild ride. The action was truly thrilling, and the return of pro football was well worth the wait. We’ve got a great Week 2 slate as well, which will be highlighted by a Sunday Night Football showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens. With the NFL back, we might as well celebrate by trying to hit the jackpot and score a massive payday, right?
Each week we’ll be doing a millionaire parlay, picking every Sunday game on the money line for the chance at a ridiculous payday. You never know.
Without further ado, here is our Week 2 millionaire parlay.
Carolina Panthers over New Orleans Saints
Now is the time to sell high on the Saints following their blowout win over the Packers. New Orleans is now dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak on their coaching staff, and a slew of key guys like Marshon Lattimore, Marcus Davenport, and Erik McCoy all got hurt in Week 1.
Cleveland Browns over Houston Texans
Tip your cap to the Texans for pulling off the upset in Week 1, one we predicted, but they won’t catch lightning in a bottle twice. Cleveland will come out fired up off their heartbreaking loss to the Chiefs, and will punish Houston here.
Cincinnati Bengals over Chicago Bears
The Bengals impressed me with their Week 1 win over the Vikings. Joe Burrow looked like he hadn’t missed a beat. Chicago knows they aren’t going anywhere with Andy Dalton, and their season has disaster written all over it.
Pittsburgh Steelers over Las Vegas Raiders
Fade Las Vegas coming off their emotional overtime victory. The Raiders’ offensive line is a complete mess right now, so expect Derek Carr to struggle in the face of a Steelers pass-rush that just knocked Josh Allen off his game.
Buffalo Bills over Miami Dolphins
Speaking of Allen, he should bounce back against a less intimidating Miami defensive front. The Dolphins beat the Patriots by a single point, but that was something of a fluke. They got significantly outgained, and benefited from a bunch of lucky breaks.
Los Angeles Rams over Indianapolis Colts
The Carson Wentz era got off to an abysmal start in Indianapolis. On the other hand, the Matthew Stafford era started off with a bang in Los Angeles. Wentz was getting hit left and right by the Seahawks, and now he has to face Aaron Donald.
San Francisco 49ers over Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles picked up a win over the Falcons, but I think that had more to do with Atlanta’s incompetence than anything else. San Francisco’s defense will be a much tougher test for Jalen Hurts.
Denver Broncos over Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars just got demolished by the Texans, what more is there to say? Urban Meyer seems to have lost control of his team just one game into his tenure, and Trevor Lawrence will struggle against this potentially elite Denver defense.
New England Patriots over New York Jets
The Jets are falling apart at the seams. They already had a thin roster, and now key players are dropping like flies. Even their punter got hurt in Week 1. Mac Jones looked much more comfortable than Zach Wilson did in Week 1.
Minnesota Vikings over Arizona Cardinals
The Vikings lost to the Bengals, but it was by 3 points in overtime. If not for a controversial call on an alleged Dalvin Cook fumble, they probably would have won. Now is the time to buy low on a very talented roster at a reduced price.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers over Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta’s offensive line stands no chance against this Bucs defensive front. I feel bad for Matt Ryan already — he’s going to take a beating. This spread seems a bit inflated, but I want no piece of Atlanta’s money line.
Tennessee Titans over Seattle Seahawks
Getting 2/1 is too good to pass up here. The Titans aren’t nearly as bad as they looked in Week 1, and the Seahawks aren’t nearly as good as they looked. A week ago we would’ve been talking about this game like it was a toss-up.
Los Angeles Chargers over Dallas Cowboys
The Chargers were really impressive in Week 1, and the Cowboys were too, but now they’re crumbling. Dallas is dealing with a suspension to La’El Collins, and injuries to Michael Gallup and DeMarcus Lawrence.
Kansas City Chiefs over Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens looked very vulnerable in their opening loss to the Raiders. Lamar Jackson has the worst O-line of his career, and the Ravens’ secondary is really banged up. Patrick Mahomes will take full advantage.
