The 2021 NFL season has been epic and the Week 12 slate was a ton of fun. Now we’ll turn our attention to Week 13, which features some great games. One of the best is this cross-conference clash between the Washington Football Team and Las Vegas Raiders. What better way to make this late afternoon kickoff even more exciting than by betting a same game parlay? I just hit one on in Week 11 for Cardinals/Seahawks at 14/1 and also hit one for the Falcons/Saints game in Week 9 at 13/1, so let’s do it again!
In addition to those SGPs I also just hit the Week 11 mega parlay at +1762, so I’m feeling it right now when it comes to big money parlays.
Here we go:
Washington -6.5 alternate spread (+230)
Antonio Gibson to score 2+ TDs (+700)
Parlay odds: +1498
We have a 2-leg same game parlay which pays out at right around 15/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s break it down:
Washington -6.5 alternate spread (+230)
To start this same game parlay we have Washington on an alternate spread. Continue to sleep on the Football Team at your own peril. Washington has won 3 games in a row, and all 3 victories were impressive. First they beat the Buccaneers by double digits, then they went on the road and bested a tough Panthers defense, and then completely shut down Russell Wilson in primetime. The Raiders, on the other hand, are in steep decline, don’t let their Thanksgiving outlier against an out-of-sync Cowboys team fool you.
In their 3 games before Thanksgiving, the Raiders had failed to top 16 points. Las Vegas was already very thin on weapons, and now they’re going to be without star tight end Darren Waller. That’s a massive loss. Taylor Heinicke is playing genuinely well, and he was the best quarterback in the entire NFL in terms of EPA/play last month.
Antonio Gibson to score 2+ TDs (+700)
This correlates nicely with the first leg of our same game parlay. If Gibson is finding the end zone twice, I think there’s a good chance Washington is running away with this game. But this play also has standalone value at +700. For a bet to be profitable at +700, it only has to cash 1 out of 8 times. Gibson has scored multiple rushing touchdowns in 2 of his past 7 games, and now has a favorable matchup against a weak Raiders run defense. His volume has been absurd, and he got 36 touches in Washington’s most recent game. Pass-catching back JD McKissic is also out with a concussion for Washington, which greatly increases Gibson’s chances of picking up a receiving touchdown. He had 7 catches last week.
