The second NFL game on Thanksgiving sees the Washington Football Team take on the Dallas Cowboys, with the winner set to go top of the NFC East standings. Both teams were victorious last Sunday, and know that victory here is necessary to keep their playoff hopes alive.

This should certainly be an entertaining game, but one way of making it even more intriguing is by betting a same game parlay. We’ve also got thoughts on the side and total, which you can find out in our full game preview.

Washington Football Team -2.5 alternate spread (+140)

Antonio Gibson to score a touchdown (+105)

Amari Cooper to score a touchdown (+160)

Andy Dalton under 251.5 passing yards (-110)

Parlay odds: +3292

The benefit of same game parlays is that you can put together plays that correlate with each other. I expect Washington to come out on top, so it makes sense to add in Antonio Gibson to score a touchdown and Andy Dalton to have an off-day. However, by throwing in Amari Cooper to find the endzone, which is highly possible after a productive game last week, the odds get a significant boost.

Washington Football Team -2.5 alternate spread (+140)

Washington demolished Dallas 25-3 when these teams met last month, and I don’t think the Cowboys have improved enough to suddenly get the win here. Heck, the Football Team weren’t exactly doing great prior to that win, and have since looked a lot more productive with Alex Smith under center. Since that victory over the Cowboys, Washington has lost a couple of close games before rolling right over Cincinnati. Dallas may have beaten Minnesota last week, but I’m not ready to believe their troubles are over just yet.

Antonio Gibson to score a touchdown (+105)

Antonio Gibson has been a gem in Washington’s offense this season. The Memphis product has found the endzone in each of his last four games, and in seven of his last nine. Coming up against a Dallas defense that has allowed the second-most rushing yards in the league, he should be in for another big day. Gibson ran all over the Cowboys when these teams met last month, registering 128 rushing yards and a touchdown. Ron Rivera will know full well that his running back is the key to penetrating Dallas, and Gibson should be able to add to the eight touchdowns he already has this year.

Amari Cooper to score a touchdown (+160)

Amari Cooper has just two scores this season, but I think he’s got a great chance of adding at least a third in this one. Cooper has seen plenty of traffic come his way, and just last week hauled in six receptions for 81 yards. CeeDee Lamb has been getting a lot of praise for his efforts recently, and I think that could result in Washington’s defense overcompensating for that threat, allowing Cooper to go under the radar. For as much as Dallas’s offense has struggled, the ex-Raider has been pretty consistent with his yardage, and it seems only a matter of time before that is converted into touchdowns.

Andy Dalton under 251.5 passing yards (-110)

Going back to the last time these teams faced off, Andy Dalton posted just 75 passing yards off 19 attempts. Sure, he had to leave the game early due to a concussion, but there was no way he would have come close to 250 yards even if he had completed the game. Washington’s pass-rush is one of the most ferocious in the league, and I expect Dalton to have a similarly tough time here. Further, a quarterback has only topped this number once in TWFT’s last five games. Dalton may have looked better in that win over Minnesota, but this number looks far too high for him to reach.
