Week 14 of the 2023 NFL wraps up with a double dose of Monday Night Football that includes a showdown between the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants (we also have Tennessee vs Miami). Green Bay (3) and New York (2) are on a combined 5-game winning streak, which is pretty much a surprise to everyone. The Giants are still close to being out of playoff contention at 4-8 overall, but the Packers are suddenly 6-6 and have very real wild-card aspirations in the NFC. Here is my Packers vs Giants Same Game Parlay for the festivities, which kick off at 8:15 pm ET on ABC. Also, be sure to check out our full Packers vs Giants predictions.

Packers -9.5 (+136)

Over 36.5 (-114)

Jayden Reed to record 60+ receiving yards (+205)

Same Game Parlay odds: +878

Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as Green Bay wide receiver Jayden Reed racking up a bunch of yards would obviously help take the game over the total while also paving the way to a big win for the Packers. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Green Bay Packers -9.5 over New York Giants (+136)

It has been an up-and-down season for Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers. Love started off hot but then fell off a bit and had everyone in the media labeling him a bust. Now, on the heels of a few more positive performances, pretty much everyone is back on the bandwagon. The reality is that Green Bay’s offense was never as bad as it seemed, and even during the down period it always appeared to be on the verge of a breakout. That surge has now materialized, as Love has been absolutely on fire of late. Over his past 3 games, he has thrown 8 touchdowns and zero interceptions. Most recently, the Utah State product carved up a Chiefs defense that has been one of the league’s best this season. Now he squares off with Tommy DeVito, an undrafted free agent who was suddenly thrust into the Giants’ starting job following multiple quarterback injuries. This team is just bad; the only opponent other than the Commanders or Pats that the G-Men have beaten this season is the Cardinals, and that was all the way back in Week 2. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pack win this one by double-digits.

Over 36.5 (-114)

With the way Love is playing at the moment, the over looks like a good bet. Love and company just pinned 27 points on Kansas City. While the Chiefs’ defense is great, the Giants are bad in basically every defensive department. It wouldn’t shock me if the Packers came close to sending this one over by themselves. New York, though, may be able to contribute a little bit. Green Bay’s defense is solid but unspectacular, and it has given up at least 19 points in 4 straight games. As such, I think DeVito and the offense will be able to be at least somewhat productive. Over his past 2 games, DeVito is quietly averaging 8.6 yards per attempt with 4 TDs and no INTs.

Jayden Reed to record 60+ receiving yards (+205)

Aaron Jones and Christian Watson are questionable for the Packers, and their absences would thrust Reed into an even bigger role on Monday night. If Watson is out, Reed will likely be Love’s favorite target. Romeo Doubs can also be productive, but the Love-Reed connection has been stronger in recent weeks. The rookie out of Michigan State has at least 5 targets in each of the last 4 games in addition to 180 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns in that time. He now faces a New York secondary that has been ripped to shreds in recent weeks. The Giants are #20 in the NFL in passing defense (228.3 ypg) and yield 7.1 yards per attempt. Look for Reed to capitalize.
