The Pickswise experts are positively on fire in the Same Game Parlay department. We have cashed 3 SGPs so far during this Thanksgiving week at +617, +612 & +689 odds, including an SNF success last night in 49ers vs Bills. Let’s keep the momentum going when the Week 13 installment of Monday Night Football pits the Cleveland Browns against the Denver Broncos. At 3-8, the Browns are going nowhere fast in 2024. However, they already know something about playing the spoiler role against a team with playoff aspirations (upset the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12). Cleveland will be looking to do more of the same against Denver in this one.
Let’s get into our expert Browns vs Broncos Same Game Parlay picks for MNF, which gets underway at 8:15 pm ET on ESPN. Also, be sure to check out our NFL picks on the side and total for this matchup and every game in the 2024 season.
Broncos -2.5 alternate spread (-209)
Bo Nix Over 221.5 passing yards (-115)
Nick Chubb to score a touchdown (+165)
Browns vs Broncos Same Game Parlay odds: +675
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Denver quarterback Bo Nix having a big night would obviously work well with a win and cover by the Broncos. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with backing Cleveland running back Nick Chubb to score a touchdown. But even if he does, there is no reason why Denver can’t take care of business. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Denver Broncos -2.5 alternate spread over Cleveland Browns (-209)
The Browns impressed in their most recent outing, but that was at home against a division rival. Now they have to go on the road and face a much less notable opponent as far as Cleveland fans are concerned. Cleveland doesn’t have anything to play for, itself, so even in primetime it may not be so easy to get up for this game. Jameis Winston and company will obviously put forth their best effort, but I’m not sure it will be enough to seriously compete with this plucky Broncos team.
Denver is 7-5 and has won 7 of its last 10 games thanks in large part to a stellar defense and a promising young quarterback. The defense ranks in the top 5 in scoring, yardage, points and yards per play allowed and yards per pass and rush attempts allowed. It is #1 in red-zone defense. The Browns have won just a single road game this season; there is no reason to think they will win a second on Monday Night Football.

Bo Nix Over 221.5 passing yards (-115)
Nix may not win Offensive Rookie of the Year (he is the second favorite right now), but he is without question the most pleasant surprise amongst the freshman class. The Oregon product has been doing it all for Denver. He has thrown for 2,548 yards with 16 touchdowns compared to just 6 interceptions while also rushing for 300 yards and 4 scores. The Broncos have been getting next to nothing out of their running backs of late, so Nix is shouldering a heavy load. He should be up to the task against a Cleveland defense that is mediocre at best. The Browns are giving up 7.9 yards per pass attempt (3rd-most in the NFL) and have made only 2 interceptions (tied for the 2nd-fewest). Nix has surpassed this number in 4 of the last 5 games and is coming off performances of 307 and 273 passing yards.

Nick Chubb to score a touchdown (+165)
Chubb has done well to come back at all from his terrible knee injury in 2023. The fact that he is making immediate contributions to Cleveland’s offense makes it even more impressive. Chubb has scored 3 touchdowns in 6 outings, including 2 in last week’s victory over Pittsburgh. Denver’s defense is great, but the former Georgia standout should be able to find at least some success. The Broncos are second in the league in opponents’ yards per pass attempt (6.4) and have allowed the 6th-fewest TDs through the air (13). Count on Chubb getting a sizable workload – especially in the red zone.
