The Sunday slate of the NFL Playoffs Divisional Round features the 2 more competitive matchups of the weekend. We start the day with the Los Angeles Rams (+6.5) heading to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles with the total sitting at 44.5, and I’ve got my best Rams vs Eagles player prop bets. The weather is expected to be 33 degrees with a chance of snow that could make this game sloppy. Philadelphia is more equipped to handle that type of slugfest in the trenches and with their workhorse running back Saquon Barkley. Since being traded to the Rams, QB Matthew Stafford is 3-0 when the temperature is below 37 degrees, but 1-6 in the rain. It’s worth mentioning that Jalen Hurts is 5-2 in temperatures below 37.

It’s sure to be an interesting contest, and with that in mind, let’s dive into our best Rams vs Eagles player prop bets! You can also find out our experts’ NFL picks on the side and total for every playoff game this weekend.

Jalen Hurts (PHI) over 37.5 rushing yards (-110)

I’ll play into the weather angle, but regardless of the snow, this is a good spot for Hurts against an over-zealous young defense. The Rams made headlines last week in generating a ton of pressure on Sam Darnold, but I’m not expecting as much 3-5 steep drops from the Eagles on Sunday. Barkley should be given his touches, but the Eagles’ ability to disguise runs for Hurts will be a big part of their offense.

The Rams’ young defense has made mistakes throughout the season in the form of missed tackles, over-pursuit and miscommunication. They rank 26th overall in missed tackles and have given up big chunks to mobile QBs in the process. We’ve seen runs of 17, 15 ,12, 30, 11 and 16 in the second half of the season for LA to opposing QBs. In his Week 12 matchup against the Rams, Hurts had 12 carries, 9 of which were designed runs and 3 were in passing situations, and posted 39 rushing yards. LA was extremely exceptional in terms of tackling that day and it will be difficult to replicate, especially in the cold/snow. 1u
