Tonight’s second game of the ESPN double-header has the 6-1 Golden State Warriors hosting the 5-3 Charlotte Hornets.
Tipoff is scheduled for 10:00 pm ET, and as always we’ve prepared a tasty same-game parlay for this one which you can find below.
Be sure to also check our predictions for the rest of Wednesday’s slate.
Miles Bridges Under 19.5 points (-116)
Stephen Curry to score 40+ Points (+360)
Draymond Green Over 8.5 Rebounds (+106)
Parlay odds: +1351
Miles Bridges Under 19.5 points (-116)
After a spectacular start to the season, Bridges has cooled off a bit. He’s coming off a struggling performance against the Cleveland Cavaliers where he went 4-for-18 from the field and finished with just 13 points. In his last two games he finished under the total and going up against an elite defense in Golden State he might struggle yet again. Andrew Wiggins will present a tough match-up all night, if that doesn’t work the Warriors have other versatile defenders that they can throw at him. Golden State also ranks 4th in opponent three point percentage and 2nd in defensive efficiency which also factors well into our bet.

Stephen Curry to score 40+ Points (+360)
It’s been a while since we saw one of those iconic Steph Curry games, hasn’t it? Well, the Warriors last played on Sunday, which means he’s had a decent amount of time to rest. He’s always enjoyed playing against the team from the city he grew up in, his career average against the Hornets is at 27.3 points per game. Steph has had 2 games of 40 points or more (if we count the preseason) and just two games ago he finished with 36. Both the Hornets and Warriors rank in the top 5 when it comes to pace of play and we all know how Steph can get out of control when the game is played at a faster pace. Charlotte’s defense also doesn’t inspire confidence; it ranks 27th in opponent shooting percentage. It’s another opportunity for Steph to show us he’s one of the all-time greats.
Draymond Green Over 8.5 Rebounds (+106)
Green has had two straight games of double-digit rebounds against the Grizzlies and Thunder, he’s also gone over the total in three straight which is encouraging for tonight’s bet. Another stat backing up our bet is Charlotte’s rebounding numbers as a team. They rank 20th in opponent total rebounds per game allowing 55.1 per game. That comes at no surprise as there isn’t really an elite rebounder on this team, their center Plumlee averages only 8.6 per game. I think Draymond finishes in double-digits on the glass yet again here.
