It’s going to be the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks on TNT tonight at 7:30pm ET. That’s what they’re giving us, so that’s what we’re betting. We don’t ask much, just put a game on television and we’ll bet it. For this one, I’m thinking same game parlay. All we really have to do is talk ourselves into 2 bets, tie them together and watch the odds shoot through the roof. What could go wrong?

There is no LeBron James tonight as he is suspended for accidentally punching Isaiah Stewart in the face on purpose the other day. Since he’s out, all roads to victory will go through Anthony Davis. I don’t like targeting the New York Knicks down low but I can do it here. We’re talking Anthony Davis here. Not some bum. The guy has posted 30-burgers in each of his last 2 games. He could take close to 20 shots tonight and he could go to the free-throw line 4 or more times. I say we should start our parlay here and see where it takes us.

Julius Randle 30+ points (+500)
Alright, so this is crazy and it will take a little narrative to talk ourselves into it. This is what worked for me: Randle has to hate the Lakers since they drafted him and then decided he wasn’t “it”. I’m basing that on the fact that he averaged 32.5 points per game against them last year. He clearly hates them. Now a lot of people would just take Randle at 25+ points but that’s probably dumb. Randle has not hit 25 points this season without grabbing the full 30-burger. He either goes in or he doesn’t, which we should all respect. This bet shouldn’t be +994.
