Brooklyn looks to complete the season sweep of the Detroit Pistons tonight as the two teams clash for the 4th and final time. Tip-off is set for 7:30 pm ET and I’ve prepared a same game parlay which is available below.
Be sure to also check out our predictions on the side and total for the rest of Tuesday’s action, including an NBA on TNT doubleheader.
Let’s get into it!
Isaiah Stewart over 9.5 points (-106)
Saddiq Bey over 2.5 made threes (-164)
Cade Cunningham to record 8+ assists (+176)
Parlay odds: +692
Isaiah Stewart over 9.5 points (-106)
Scoring isn’t the main thing Stewart does for this team, but he has shown improvements over the last 7 games, averaging 9.1 points per game, up on his season average of 8.3 ppg. In his last 2 games against the Wizards and Knicks, he hit double-digits in scoring, so that’s a good sign ahead of tonight’s game. Defending the paint isn’t something the Nets are great at, as they rank just 15th in opponent points in the paint this season. Andre Drummond has a minor back issue which means he won’t be at 100% here for the Nets. Stewart also matches up with Nic Claxton really well, so getting to 10 points shouldn’t be too difficult.

Saddiq Bey over 2.5 made threes (-164)
The last time I had Bey in a same game parlay, I had him to score under 2.5 threes. He wound up going crazy against the Magic, draining 10 of them en route to a 51-point game. Lesson learned, now it’s time for him to make amends here. With Jerami Grant and Hamidou Diallo out for the season, Bey should get a ton of shooting opportunities in these remaining few games. He’s shooting the three-ball at almost 33% over his last 10 games, and for the month of March, he is making 2.9 per game. In Bey’s last 6 games, he’s gone over 2.5 threes on 3 occasions and one thing going in his favor here is the Nets’ inability to defend the perimeter. They are allowing opponents to shoot 44.2% from deep over their last 3 games — that’s the 3rd-worst mark in the NBA during that stretch.
Cade Cunningham to record 8+ assists (+176)
I am counting on Cunningham’s court vision here as he matches up against a much smaller Kyrie Irving, giving him the advantage when it comes to getting everyone involved. In his last 8 games, he’s averaging 7.9 assists per game, so he’s right there. His turnovers will have to be cleaned up though as he’s giving the ball up 4.9 times per game, which isn’t ideal. Still, I think the absence of Jerami Grant will be to his benefit down the stretch as he gets valuable experience going up against much better players than him. He’s recorded 8 dimes in 2 of his 3 most recent games and in 4 of his last 6, so hopefully he can keep it going here.
