Lakers vs. Heat Over 103.5 *1st Half (-118)

This is a ridiculously low number in today’s NBA given that teams are scoring in the 60s in the first half with regularity. In fact, in two of the Laker’s last three games, they have ended the first half with at least 65 points. On the Heat side, they haven’t been under 57 points in the first half in any of the last three games. The beauty of this number is, all we need is one team to get to the 60s and it should cash. It’s a great place to start for a same game parlay.

Los Angeles Lakers team total over 97.5 (-104)

While the Lakers are a shell of themselves without LeBron James and Anthony Davis, this number is just disrespectful. We’re talking an NBA team here. They just dropped 110 points on the Toronto Raptors last game. Why is that important? Because the Raptors have the best defensive rating in the NBA over the last three games. Sure there was a dust up but the Lakers lost Montrezl Harrell for the game. They still flew over 100 points. The Heat gave up 101 to the Cleveland Cavaliers a couple games ago. This line seems a little too low.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to record 2+ made threes (-132)

Kyle Kuzma may sit out and Talen Horton-Tucker has been suspended. That could mean a few more threes to go around and KCP is likely to snag a few. He has hit at least two treys in each of his last three games so he’s in good form. Over the last three games the Heat have allowed opponents to connect on 38.5% of their triples. Last game they watched as the Grizzlies drilled over 40% of their threes. All we need is KCP to hit two which seems like a good deal given the price.

Markieff Morris to record 3+ made threes (+270)

Another guy who could step up tonight even if Kuzma plays is Markieff Morris. He’s not bashful about taking the three as he is coming off of a game where he took eight in only 24 minutes. He’s connected on at least three trays in two of his last four games so this isn’t that crazy. Given the Heat’s recent form, the extra shots to go around if Kuzma sits and the game flow, Morris could easily hit three from long range tonight.
