It has been an epic series between the Thunder and Mavericks so far. Dallas has an opportunity to advance to the Conference Finals for the 2nd time in 3 seasons. Will the Mavs do it, or can the Thunder live to fight another day? Catch the game live from 8:30 pm ET on ESPN, and I have also prepared a Same Game Parlay that is available below.
We will also have predictions for the two Game 7s taking place on Sunday; to see them simply visit our NBA picks page.
Let’s dive into my SGP bet now!
Thunder ML (+142)
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 1+ made threes (-490)
Kyrie Irving Over 20.5 points (-108)
Same Game Parlay odds: +423
Thunder ML (+142)
Two Game 7s on Sunday, how about another one on Monday? Although they are on the brink of elimination heading into tonight’s Game 6, I still believe in this young Thunder squad. In order for that to happen, though, they will need to clean up a few things. They have not made more than 10 threes in a game since the series opener, plus they’re behind in the rebounding department, as well. The last time they played in Dallas they were able to pull off a win; it was their 2nd win at the American Airlines Center in 4 visits so far this year.
The Mavs are in the driver’s seat, but the 2 teams have been neck and neck in this series. I think we deserve a Game 7 to determine who goes through. OKC has proven it can prevail in Dallas, winning 50% of games there this season. With their season being on the line, the Thunder will give it their best to avoid elimination here.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 1+ made threes (-490)
This is where Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has to show us why he finished 2nd in the MVP voting. The Thunder have relied on his offensive production all year long and so far in 9 postseason games he is averaging almost 30 points per game on 48% shooting from the field and 37.5% from downtown. He has cleared the 30 point mark in 4 straight games in this series, plus he has made at least 1 three in 7 of 9 games through the first 2 rounds. SGA is averaging 23 shots per game for the series; whenever you have someone putting up that many shots they’re bound to get numbers. He is averaging exactly 1 triple per game against Dallas in the last 10 meetings.
Kyrie Irving Over 20.5 points (-108)
Kyrie Irving was born for moments like these. Irving has never lost a close-out game in his career going 13-0 SU. Granted he has been on some good teams over the years, but he has also contributed heavily for that unbeaten run to reach 13 games — averaging 23.2 points on 48% shooting from the field and almost 40% from deep. The Thunder have been able to limit him to a uncharacteristic 14.4 points per game this series, but he still has 2 games of 20+ points scored. The Mavs know they cannot rely on Doncic to single-handedly carry them to the Western Conference Finals; it’s time Irving had a big game in this series. Unfortunately for him, it may come in a losing effort.
