The weekend is here, why not celebrate by going for a big payday? That’s right, we’re back with another NBA mega parlay, this time a three-teamer with a payout north of 15/1 where we’re counting on the Timberwolves to pull off a big money line upset in one of the slate’s late games. We’ve been rolling recently, with a couple of big parlay wins last week, so why not follow it up with even more winners on Sunday?

We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. We’re diving in, but don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every NBA game.

Pelicans ML (+116)

Nets -5.5 (-110)

Timberwolves ML (+295)

Parlay odds: +1530

Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Pelicans ML (+116)

Sure the Knicks just beat the Pelicans this past week, but I think New Orleans gets their revenge here. It was a close game, and right before that the Pels had rattled off three straight wins, including one over the 76ers. The Knicks have won five straight games, but they’ve mostly been by narrow margins against mediocre teams. Right before this five game winning streak, they had lost five of six. Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram have both been fantastic, with one of them scoring at least 34 points in four of New Orleans’ last five games. Having just played them, the Pels will be more prepared for New York’s tough defense and know how to navigate it.

Nets -5.5 (-110)

I think Brooklyn is going to roll here, even without James Harden. The Heat enter this one off three straight losses, and each of those three games have been ugly. First they lost by 20 to the Suns while only scoring 86 points. Then they lost by 17 to the Nuggets. Then, they lost to the lowly Timberwolves. Brooklyn’s offense has looked nearly unstoppable since Kevin Durant returned, and Miami simply doesn’t have the firepower to keep up here. The Heat would prefer to win a defensive struggle, and that style of play isn’t going to work against this Brooklyn team. You need to beat the Nets in shootouts in order to top them, and Miami is regularly getting held below 100 points.

Timberwolves ML (+295)

Wrapping things up in the nightcap with a big money line underdog to make this a true mega parlay. It might sound crazy, but there’s value on the Timberwolves over the Clippers. Minnesota dealt with an onslaught of injuries, and were without Karl-Anthony Towns for a long stretch, so they were never as bad as their abysmal record indicated. They’ve been pretty much a .500 team over the past couple weeks, and their recent losses have been to some of the league’s best teams, often by close margins. Their last five defeats came against the Bucks, Nets, Celtics, Pacers, and 76ers. In their most recent game the Timberwolves beat Miami and dropped 119 on them, so they’ve got momentum entering Sunday. It’s unclear if Kawhi Leonard is going to play here, and if he does he’ll likely be limited after missing four straight games. Either way, Los Angeles will be without Patrick Beverley and Serge Ibaka still.
