It feels good to be back. The new NBA season officially got underway this week, and we have a nice big slate here on Sunday. What better way to celebrate the weekend than by going for a big payday? That’s right, we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition. We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game.

We came up one leg short on the mega parlay last night, now let’s finish the job on Saturday!

Philadelphia 76ers -8.5 (-110)

Sacramento Kings ML (+132)

Memphis Grizzlies ML (+200)

Parlay odds: +1239

Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Philadelphia 76ers -8.5 (-110) over Oklahoma City Thunder

To start off this mega parlay we’ve got a big favorite, the 76ers on the spread. Philly dropped a close one to the Nets most recently, but that’s the Nets. Not much you can do about that. In their opener they destroyed the Pelicans on the road by 20, so I’m really not too concerned. The Thunder aren’t interested in competing for anything other than a high draft pick this year.

They have very little at center right now, so I don’t see who is going to guard Joel Embiid. There’s a huge talent mismatch here, and even Oklahoma City’s best player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been cold to start this season. The Thunder have lost each of their first two games by at least 21 points, and most recently fell to the Rockets by 33. This game should be just as lopsided as their first two.

Sacramento Kings ML (+132) over Golden State Warriors

The Kings have value as a money line ‘dog on Sunday. Sacramento beat the Trail Blazers on the road in their opener, and then fell to the Jazz in their second game. I was impressed with their effort against Utah, and they led that game for most of the night before ultimately letting it slip away.

The Warriors are riding high off back to back wins over the Lakers and Clippers, and now is the time to sell high and fade them. Even though Golden State got 45 points from Stephen Curry on 16/25 shooting in their most recent game, they still only managed to win by two. I’m just not convinced the rest of the team around him is all that good. Getting the Kings as a ‘dog at home here has a lot of value.

Memphis Grizzlies ML (+200) over Los Angeles Lakers

To wrap this mega parlay up, there’s another money line underdog I like. Don’t sleep on this Grizzlies team. They beat an underrated Cavaliers squad in their opener, and then really impressed in their second game when they beat the Clippers on the road. I don’t see any reason to believe they can’t upset Los Angeles’ other team on Sunday. The Lakers are an absolute dumpster fire just two games into the season, as their new-look roster has looked incredibly out of sync and Anthony Davis is already getting into altercations with Dwight Howard on the bench.

Davis and LeBron James are the only two guys playing who were on last year’s Lakers team, and that amount of turnover is of course going to lead to chemistry issues. Memphis on the other hand is firing on all cylinders, and Ja Morant should show out once again here.
