Playoff seeding in the Eastern Conference still hasn’t been decided as we go into the final day of the regular season. The Boston Celtics can finish any where from 2nd to 4th in the standings, they are in Memphis tonight to take on the Grizzlies. Tipoff is set for 6:00 pm ET and I have prepared a same game parlay, which is available below.
We also have predictions on the side and total for the rest of Sunday’s action, be sure to check those out.
Let’s get into it!
Marcus Smart Over 1.5 made threes (-122)
Al Horford to record 8+ rebounds (-200)
Jaylen Brown to score 30+ points (+280)
Parlay odds: +904
Marcus Smart Over 1.5 made threes (-122)
Smart is coming off a huge offensive performance in the loss to Milwaukee where he finished with 29 points. There’s a catch though – the Celtics rested their best player Jayson Tatum in that game and Smart had to do a lot of the heavy lifting with the Bucks defense being focused on stopping Jaylen Brown. The C’s point-guard made 7 of 12 three point attempts continuing his solid shooting form from downtown. He has now made at least 2 threes in 5 of 6 games and for the month of April he is shooting them at a 44.8% clip. Although I think he will return to a more assist oriented style of play tonight, I still feel like he will get his 5 or 6 attempts from beyond the arc tonight, making 2 of those sounds realistic against a team that’s allowing 34.9% made threes this season.

Al Horford to Record 8+ Rebounds (-200)
Horford enjoyed one of his best games of the season against the Grizzlies in the 1st meeting played in Boston back in early March. He had 21 points and a staggering 15 rebounds in that game, turning back the clock to his all-star days in Atlanta. Boston will need a similar performance on the glass tonight if they want to get an important win on the road here. He has delivered just that lately going double-digits in 3 of his last 4 games and collecting at least 8 boards in all 4 of those games. Memphis doesn’t have much of an incentive to win here, so they might opt to rest a few guys, including their leading rebounder and center Steven Adams who is the only threat that stands in Horford’s way of reaching 8 boards.

Jaylen Brown to score 30+ points (+280)
Brown was on a 10-game streak of 25+ points before the game against Milwaukee where he struggled a bit going just 8-for-20 from the field en route to a modest 22 points. That was his lowest point total in almost one month of play, I have high hopes for him in tonight’s game. He’s scored 30 or more in 5 of his last 10 games and in his last 2 game against Memphis he’s recorded 27 and 42 points. Realistically, he is the number two option on offense for Boston, so with the Grizzlies mainly focusing on slowing down Tatum there’s a good chance Brown sees a lot of open space tonight. With him shooting the ball at almost 55% from the field over his last 9 games, I wouldn’t be surprised if he went off in this game.
