The Brooklyn Nets and Kyrie Irving are looking for their 3rd win in a row as they continue their road trip in Minnesota against the Timberwolves. Tip-off is set for 8:00 pm ET and I’ve prepared a same-game parlay which is available below.

Don’t forget to also check our predictions on the side and total for the rest of today’s 11-game slate.

Let’s dive in!

Brooklyn Nets ML (+110)

Kyrie Irving to score 30+ points (+235)

D’Angelo Russell to record 8+ assists (+136)

Parlay odds: +1275

Brooklyn Nets ML (+110)

The Nets are a dominant road team this season. They have 17 wins in 22 games, which is topped only by the Phoenix Suns, who are 18-4. Not having Kevin Durant hasn’t bothered Brroklyn too much. The Nets have won 3 of their last 4 games and both Kyrie Irving and James Harden are playing really well. They’ve won 14 of their last 17 games on the road and in their last 6 games overall they are 4-2 against the spread. Against the Timberwolves they are on a 3-game win streak. Minnesota has really struggled against Eastern Conference teams, going just 1-5 ATS in their last 6. They are coming off a big loss at Atlanta, so the Nets have a pretty solid chance to win as underdogs. In that role this season they are a very strong 6-2 SU.

Sunday’s NBA mega parlay has +1201 odds!

Kyrie Irving to score 30+ points (+235)

Irving and Harden are taking turns each night when it comes to scoring 30+ points. In the win over Washington Kyrie had 30, while the Beard scored just 18. The roles were reversed in the game against San Antonio as Harden dropped 37, while Kyrie finished with a rather modest 24. I expect a much better game from Irving tonight as he matches up with D’Angelo Russell. In Minnesota’s previous game Russell couldn’t do much against Atlanta’s Trae Young, who dropped 37 on him and had 14 assists. Kyrie is a similar player to Young, so I expect him to carry the Nets offensively in this one.

D’Angelo Russell to record 8+ assists (+136)

With the projected total being set at 238.5 points, the oddsmakers are expecting a high-scoring game and if that’s the case then the Wolves will need a big night from Russell. He has shown his playmaking ability lately, recording  10 assists in 4 of 8 games in January. He’s averaging 7.8 assists per game in 2022, and in the meeting between these teams earlier this season he had 11. With Harden guarding him for most of the night, he should have his way, so I’m expecting a big night both scoring-wise and also when it comes to getting everyone involved. It wouldn’t surprise me if Russell had 10 assists, but let’s go for 8+ for an extra bit of security.
