Seth Curry 3+ made threes (-102)
Trae Young over 9.5 assists (+124)
Parlay odds: +789
Joel Embiid to score over 25.5 points (-106)
You can bet that last season’s defeat is still in Embiid’s head and he’ll definitely be fired up for tonight’s game. After a slower start to the season, by his standards at least, Embiid picked it up in his last game, going for 30 points and 18 rebounds against the Detroit Pistons. What was even more impressive was the fact that he took 15 free throws, it was his second straight game in double-digit attempts from the charity stripe, showing just how aggressive he’s becoming. Atlanta isn’t exactly a top team when it comes to defending the paint — they allow 48.4 points on the inside which ranks 20th in the NBA. Look for Embiid to dominate.

Seth Curry 3+ made threes (-102)
Curry has been shooting the lights out in these first 5 games, connecting on 15 of 23 shots from 3-point land, which is a staggering 65.2%. He has had only one bad game and that was against the Knicks when he went 0-4, but he’s bounced back nicely, going a perfect 2-for-2 against the Pistons. He has drained 3 or more twice already this season, including a 7-for-10 explosion against the OKC Thunder and a 4-for-4 night against Brooklyn. With Simmons still out, Philadelphia will need everyone to step up if they want to beat the elite Eastern Conference teams, which Atlanta is at the moment.
Trae Young over 9.5 assists (+124)
And why is Atlanta elite? It’s because of Trae Young and his spectacular play over the first 5 games of the new season. He has improved his assist total in both his 2nd and 3rd year in the league, he’s doing so yet again this season. Young is averaging 10 assists per game, ranking 2nd in the NBA, behind only Chris Paul. He dished out 13 dimes in the loss to the Wizards on Friday and it wasn’t even his highest assist game of the season, that was against the Mavericks on opening night when he had 14 of them. Young was a big reason why the Hawks beat Philly in the Playoffs last season and if they want to do so again tonight they’ll need him to get double-digit assists.
