The playoffs have been a ton of fun so far and we have four more great postseason matchups to look forward to on Saturday. The second game of the day is this Western Conference clash between the Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz. And what better way to celebrate than by betting a same game parlay?

We’ve also got thoughts on the side and total for each of the day’s matchups, and we will have SGPs for all playoff games as well, which you can always find in our analysis section.

Let’s dive right in.

Dallas Mavericks -5.5 alt spread (+380)

Mike Conley to score 15+ points (+114)

Parlay odds: +1067

We have a two-leg parlay here, one which pays out at north of 10/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s break down each of the legs:

Dallas Mavericks -5.5 alt spread (+380)

To start off this same game parlay we have the Mavericks on an alt spread. It’s still unclear whether or not Luka Doncic is going to play. If he does, then we have a ton of value on this line. But even if he doesn’t, the Mavs have shown they’re more than capable of taking care of business. Dallas just won Game 3 in Utah by eight points and they didn’t have Doncic for that one, either.

Jalen Brunson is turning into a star right before our eyes and the Jazz are a dumpster fire right now. Utah has been toxic for a while now, and that kind of thing doesn’t reverse itself in the middle of a playoff series. Just about everyone seems to acknowledge that the Jazz are going to blow things up this offseason, so it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they laid a duck on Saturday.

Mike Conley to score 15+ points (+114)

We get a big odds boost here from FanDuel by combining this with the first leg of our same game parlay. But I’m not sure it conflicts much. Conley scoring 15 points doesn’t exactly mean the Jazz are automatically having success. In fact, Conley scored 21 points in Utah’s Game 3 loss. The veteran point guard finished the regular season by scoring at least 13 points in seven straight games.

In his only playoff series last year before getting hurt, Conley scored 20+ in three of five games. His steady veteran presence will come in handy in this high-stakes game and I think he will have the ball in his hands a bit more than usual in this one.
