I'm an NFL handicapper here at Pickswise who was raised in a household full of sports fanatics. Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. An avid sports bettor myself, I'm excited to get to write about the industry as it gets set to take off across the country. Buckle up. The second round of the NBA playoffs is approaching the home stretch, and we’ve got another slate of postseason games on Friday with two great matchups. And what better way to celebrate than by going for a big payday? That’s right, we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition.

We’ve had a ton of success so far with these in the postseason, and I just hit the mega parlay again last Tuesday at +1121. That was my third time cashing it in a 9-day span. Now we’re going for our fourth hit of the playoffs. We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA playoff game.

Boston Celtics -5.5 (+186)

Grizzlies vs Warriors over 230.5 (+285)

Parlay odds: +1001

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Boston Celtics -5.5 (+186) over Milwaukee Bucks

Give me the Celtics on an alt spread to start this mega parlay off. Boston hasn’t been able to catch a break in this series, because to me they’ve looked like the clear better team despite being down 3-2. The Celtics should’ve won both Game 3 and Game 5, which would’ve ended the series 4-1 in their favor. I just still don’t think the Bucks have enough offense without Khris Middleton out there. Jrue Holiday has been abysmal in this series, and is shooting just 34.4 percent from the field on a whopping 23.2 shot attempts per game.

Even Giannis Antetokounmpo is shooting well below his season long averages, both from the floor and from the free throw line. These teams have split the last four games 2-2. Milwaukee’s two wins came by a combined five points. Boston’s two wins came by a combined 31 points. Jayson Tatum hasn’t been shooting it too well the past few games, but I have the utmost confidence that he’ll bounce back here in this elimination game when the stakes are highest. He’s cool under pressure like that.

Warriors vs Grizzlies over 230.5 (+285)

To wrap this mega parlay up we’ve got an alt total in the nightcap. I just feel like oddsmakers have adjusted these totals down far too much since Ja Morant got hurt. We’ve seen time and time again that Memphis’ offense doesn’t really suffer all that much when Morant is out of the lineup, and they just dropped 134 points without him in Game 5. Golden State’s offense has arguably the highest ceiling in the league, so this one can certainly turn into a shootout with or without Morant.

Remember just a few games ago when the Warriors poured in 142 without breaking much of a sweat? Both teams have lethal shooters who can start racking up threes in a hurry. The Warriors scored at least 118 points in four of their five games in the first round against Denver, and they scored 128 points in two of their final three regular season games. They only scored 95 last time out, but that’s because they were losing by so much that none of their starters played more than 25 minutes.
