We are just one day away from Super Bowl 55 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but before then we’ve got an 11-game slate of NBA action to get excited for. We’re turning our attention to the Western Conference where the Denver Nuggets take on the Sacramento Kings. The Nuggets will be bidding to bounce back from a heavy defeat to the Lakers, while Sacramento is on a roll with five wins in their last six.
Given the talent on offense of these two teams, this should be a fun one, and we’ve come up with a same game parlay to add to the excitement. Make sure you also check out our full preview of this game, which features picks on the side and total, as well as the other 10 games scheduled to take place today.
Sacramento Kings ML (+136)
Under 227.5 points (-112)
De’Aaron Fox over 24.5 points (-104)
Parlay odds: +747
This same game parlay features a number of correlating picks and for returns nice odds at over 7/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. Sacramento has been red hot right now and if they win then it will likely be because De’Aaron Fox had another huge game. The under is a somewhat contradictory pick with the Fox play, but given the high totals line I think both have a good shot of coming off. Let’s break each of them down.
Sacramento Kings ML (+136)
As mentioned above, the Kings are really started to click into gear with five wins in their last six — and the one defeat came by just one point to Miami. Meanwhile Denver are facing trouble with Jamal Murray questionable and I highly doubt Nikola Jokic will be able to get things done for the Nuggets on his own. No player aside from Jokic has surpassed 20 points in Denver’s last four games, and if that happens again tonight then it’s hard to see them matching Sacramento’s scoring prowess. Further, the Kings have already beaten Denver twice this season, and with the form they are in right now they have a great shot of making it three in a row here.

Under 227.5 points (-112)
The over hit in both games these teams contested earlier in the season, but one of those required overtime and considering Denver could be without Murray and Gary Harris, it’s worth siding with the under. The loss of those two players would really see the Nuggets struggle to hold up their end of the scoring and, as mentioned above, Jokic won’t be able to do it all. Sacramento also averages just over 83 shots at home which is in the bottom five in the league, and Denver could switch its focus to defense as their best chance of winning this one. This total is already a little high and both teams could be made to work for their points tonight.
De’Aaron Fox over 24.5 points (-104)
De’Aaron Fox continues to light it up for the Kings and is averaging 31 points per game over the past week. He has been the x-factor behind Sacramento’s current hot streak and if they are going to win this one then Fox will once again have to put up plenty of points. Overall, this looks a great matchup for Fox. Given Denver’s injuries in the backcourt and the fact they lack a lockdown defender anyway, the Kentucky product should get plenty of opportunities to score. All things considered, it makes sense to add him to this same game parlay.
