NBA Monday same game parlay: Dallas Mavericks vs Sacramento Kings (+1209)

Buddy Hield Kings

There are 11 games on the NBA slate tonight which is crazy. That’s almost an illegal amount of NBA. It’s too much for one person to digest. If that sounds right to you, then maybe try a same game parlay. They’re fun, they’re fast and they pay when they hit. One game tonight sets up perfect and it’s on NBA TV. The Dallas Mavericks take on the Sacramento Kings and there are more than a few bets that look ripe for a parlay. Let’s get to those now.

I could be wrong but I don’t think Luka Doncic is playing tonight. His status is uncertain for tonight but with five games this week, it makes sense that he would be held out tonight. The Mavericks are on the front end of a back to back and Doncic bruised his elbow last time he played. Even if Doncic plays, the Kings are not a pushover. They just beat this same Mavericks team eight days ago. Even though De’Arron Fox won’t suit up, the Kings showed last night they can compete with anyone even without Fox. They could win this one straight up but let’s be safe and put a couple points in our pockets.

Buddy Hield Over 18.5 points (-122)

Hield is mainly a three-point threat but his point total looks to be the more logical play here. In his last two games, he hasn’t scored less than 25 in either. Both games saw Hield take at least 13 shots which would go a long way in him getting to 19 points tonight. He will no doubt be looking to avenge a lowly two-point performance the last time the Kings played the Mavericks. Without Fox in the lineup, Sacramento will need someone to score. That someone will be Buddy Hield.

Tyrese Haliburton to record 2+ made threes (-225)

Another player that will need to step up in Fox’s absence is Tyrese Haliburton. He answered the bell last night with 24 points and eight assists so he looks up for the job. One noticeable aspect of Haliburton’s game was that he took seven three-pointers. In his last three games, he’s taken at least six attempts from deep. If he takes that many tonight, he is a very safe bet to make at least two of them.

Harrison Barnes Over 2.5 made threes (+152)

Anyone watching the Kings/Warriors game last night had to be wondering what was up with Harrison Barnes. He was on fire early on from downtown but that is not something new. Barnes has connected on at least three three-pointers in four of his last five games. He has taken nine in each of his last two games. With Fox out of the picture, Barnes seems to have the green light. He is a good bet to play almost 40 minutes tonight and if he does, he should hit at least three 3s.
